Sono le persone a fare la differenza!!
Pros:

Un aspetto particolare riguarda il cibo. Abbiamo avuto la netta impressione che il budget a disposizione del cuoco, Sig. Arben, fosse davvero molto limitato. Nonostante ciò, spesso è riuscito a realizzare dei piccoli “miracoli” in cucina, trasformando ingredienti semplici in piatti dignitosi. Quando però abbiamo avuto la possibilità di ordinare alla carta, si è rivelata tutta la sua grande professionalità, creatività e passione. Inoltre, il Sig. Arben si è dimostrato una persona affabile, simpatica e molto disponibile con tutti gli ospiti.
Un grazie speciale anche alla ragazza della reception che il giorno 13/09 ci ha aiutato in modo risolutivo con la ristampa dei biglietti aerei, e a Eva, che con il suo sorriso e la sua gentilezza ha saputo rendere il nostro soggiorno più piacevole.

Cons:

Purtroppo devo confermare quanto già segnalato da molti altri ospiti: la pulizia generale lascia a desiderare, nelle camere era presente un persistente odore di fogna e i rumori provenienti dai cantieri adiacenti hanno disturbato parecchio la tranquillità del soggiorno.
Detto questo, va anche sottolineato che l’hotel ha un grande potenziale: le stanze sono molto spaziose e con vista mare, la spiaggia privata con ombrelloni, lettini e asciugamani inclusi è sicuramente un valore aggiunto, così come il parcheggio compreso nel prezzo. Il tutto a 50 mt di distanza.

Hotel bun, locație bună dar mâncarea nu a fost la nivel de hotel de 4 stele.
Pros:

Locația si curățenia. Hotel nou, dotat corespunzător, personal amabil si atent.

Cons:

Mâncarea nu s-a ridicat la nivelul celor 4 stele. Nediversificata, uneori incomplet preparată iar micul dejun a fost efectiv același in cele 7 zile petrecute in acest hotel.
Recomand schimbarea bucătarului.

I wouldn’t recommend for the money we paid for it. They need to up their game of cleaning. They have potential for a won

We loved the location, few of the staff members were very helpful. Bonus point is that they have very nice food and sheesha

Cons:

There was a sanitary pad in our room when we checked in. So they didn’t clean it properly. They also only gave us single duvet (even though we booked as a couple ) unfortunately we realised it very late and didn’t had the energy to go down to ask for double duvet. Their phone wasn’t working so spent the night uncomfortable.

Pros:

Dinner was ok, only thing we enjoyed at this hotel

Cons:

We were told there would be a ‘sea view suite’, not exactly the one we thought we were getting seen in the photo attached. We also were told we would have a balcony which was not provided either. Ashtray inside our room and the whole room smelt like cigarettes as two people who don’t smoke we hated getting to our room.

Sogar ein Stern ist zu viel. Wir hatten Lebensmittel Vergiftung und sind früher abgereist.

Cons:

Alles Katastrophe. Sowas darf nicht sein. Zimmer mit Meer Blick hatten wir gebucht und hatten eine Baustelle vor den Augen. Essen war schlecht . Hatten Lebensmittel Vergiftung. Wir sind früher abgereist und uns ist keiner entgegen gekommen. Personal unfreundlich. Nur abzocke. Habe reklamiert habe aber keine Reaktion bekommen. Habe Attest vom Arzt gezeigt , das war denen egal.

Es war einfach Horror Urlaub nie wieder in dem Hotel. Wir haben Vollpension gebucht und es gab einfach nichts zum essen Kaffee nur zum frühstück ansonsten nur Wasser den ganzen Tag nicht mal kaltes Wasser hast du bekommen. Personal sei es in der Rezeption oder die Kellner habe ich noch nie solche unfreundliche Menschen gesehen.wenn du nicht früh aufgestanden bist wurde dein Sonnenschirm für 10€ an weitere Personen verkauft obwohl du für den Sonnenschirm bezahlt hast. Unsere Toilette hat sooo sehr gerochen das du nicht im Zimmer schlafen konntest es war einfach ein Horror Urlaub und alle Gäste waren so unzufrieden.

Cosy room, very clean with the sea view!

Cons:

The environment outside the hotel was miserable, there were a lot of mosquitoes and as a result it was impossible to stay and walk along the sea or along the promenade during the evenings and I would not recommend anyone to visit it.
