Important information:

Please note that when traveling from Skipton, leave the town via the A629 for Keighley. When you reach Kildwick join the A629 Trunk Road at the roundabout (2nd exit) you can go right on the next roundabout (3rd exit) and proceed to the T juction, taking left at the traffic lights on to the B6265 for Keighley. Before reaching the town, the Dalesgate Hotel is on your left hand side in approx 1.6 miles.

Guests should approach from Haworth & Halifax on the A629, heading for Keighley. As you reach the town, at the first roundabout, take the second exit then go left at the traffic lights on to North Street. Go straight forward at the next lights (Carnegie Library is on your left) through the town to Skipton. When you reach the next roundabout go straight forward, (1st exit) on to B6265 for Skipton. The Hotel is then on your right at Utley in about 0.8 of a mile.

If approaching from Lancashire, take sharp left as you reach the end of Cross Hills Main Street and at the roundabout take the 3rd exit on to the A629 Trunk Road.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Disappointing
Pros:

Lady who did breakfast was brilliant nothing was to much for her and shee actually cooked a brilliant breakfast

Cons:

Got in after 3ish found room only problem was stains on sheets an duvet which looked like ink,called management number to change bedding, they said they would get hold of housekeeping to replace bedding, so we waited till 6pm and rang again and they said they were still waiting for housekeeping, I told them we were going to go for food,and would be back later,so we got back around 8ish and still hadn't been changed so rang again and they said couldn't get in touch with housekeeping so it would have to wait till the following day

A great place to stay for a short visit to the area

Basic, lacking human interaction. Overworked breakfast staff ( one of !)
Pros:

Location fine. Breakfast and the one lady at breakfast trying to do everything was exceptional. Room was cold, waited for staff to sort radiator but decided not to wait in room after half hour as wasting my evening. Times are hard and businesses are stretched but ive had much more from a Premier Inn for a fraction of the price

Cons:

Chrome work in bathroom was dirty. I buffed the soap dispenser up and made it shine...these things make a big difference. Cleanliness of room wasn't the best

Basic, clean, comfortable bed.
Pros:

Variety of choice for breakfast, helpful lady providing service.
Helpful person on helpline at the door as I did not receive a code to get in. They sorted remotely and guided me to my room.

Cons:

Room was clean but shabby. Ok for last minute booking.

Great for a budget short stay
Pros:

Very easy self check in so no hassle about when you’re getting there. Was a comfortable bed and room, everything you need including coffee tea etc. Cooked English breakfast was amazing in the morning. Free wifi and parking.

Cons:

It is a little dated, wallpaper peeling off etc but for the price it is expected, not something that bothers me personally.

Lovely little place and great value for money
Pros:

Clean rooms, bit cramped in the attic room but very cosy. Breakfast was delicious and staff were super friendly and helpful

Stay away !!!’
Pros:

I left 3 am as the couple in a next room head a some sort of mental breakdown it was to haotic with everything going on to stay till the morning

Cons:

The room was nothing like in the picture,the shower head was broken there was a black residue in the shower,the window in the toilet was broken the bulb in a lamp was not working a the room itself was really bad, it’s more like 20£ a night not 90£… I was trying to get some kind of help from the stuff but they said they can’t move me nowhere at this point …It was a horrible experience and the girl I was with don’t wanna talk with me anymore…

Makkelijk inchecken dankzij duidelijke informatie. Kamer ruim genoeg voor een paar dagen. Pub op loopafstand.

Cons:

Kamer aan drukke weg. Centrale verwarming kregen we niet uit, erg warm gehad. Men reageerde wel snel op vragen hieromtrent en hebben e.e.a. wel tijdelijk kunnen verhelpen.

Enjoyable stay
Pros:

Rooms are clean. Beds comfortable. Plenty of tea and coffee in the rooms.
Breakfast was good. I like self service for tea/coffee/toast - that's new since I last stayed, 2 years ago
Plenty of parking space. Rooms to the rear are good, no traffic noise
The updated lounge looks good, a vast improvement
