First, I was shock they advertised 5,456 pesos for one night but I was charged £ 84.16 per night not what I expected also when I gave all my card details for payment I can't make amends online. I was very disappointed to what I have seen staff doesn't know how to received their customers. I wanted to

It's beyond my expectations, not suitable for my needs. I was asked to pay 500 pesos for deposit as well. No toiletries or towels to use. We check in late on the 16 January and checked out early at 8:30 am because I was very unhappy.
I like that they gave us our request as seniors, the daily cleaning outside our room, prompt trash pick up, 23-hours hep desk, kind staffs any time of the day, it’s cheaper than the other hotel we used to book.
I was promised that our room will be cleaned before we came back on Monday, January the 12th. It wasn’t cleaned when we went back to the hotel. No.2 our room 205 had a water heater in th bathroom that was broken. We all took our showers in room 206. No.3, I put a deposit of P2,000 for the two rooms but when we left, my husband only got P1,000 back. I complained and asked my sister to go back, maybe after an hour, she was told that the deposit per room has always been P500 per room. I was already at the airport checking in our luggages when my sister called me to report it. I thought I was in the twilight zone because I have booked in that hotel for three years in a row now and the deposit per room has always been P1,000 per room. And I get the same amount back each time. No.4, is they gave us a second room (I booked two again this year), room 206, that had no fridge and the toilet sink was unstable. We stayed 10 days and on the 9th day, the sink was ready to fall. That night, my husband asked the desk person to remove it altogether. He didn’t want to be blamed when sink falls. So the guy removed it. It was a mess. The floor had water all over and my husband took a bath in our room at 205 which had a water heater that was broken. I don’t think I’ll ever book in that hotel ever again next year and the years to come. Thank you.
The staff are nice very approachable the location is good very near to all shops,clinic that I need however the room is too small,bed is too small for two persons and also the blanket is too thin and small not enough for 2 person and there is a baby cockroach inside the room and toilet on my first day but after I complain the staff gave me a spray for cockroach it is not value for money. Toilet tissue is limited actually they don’t want to refill the tissue but I insist

The room was spacious enough and comfortable for a short stay.
The receptionist was kind and welcoming, which made the check-in process pleasant.
The room wasn't perfectly clean, which was disappointing.
There was no hot water during my stay, making showers uncomfortable.
The room was not well soundproofed — I could hear conversations and noise from neighboring rooms.
The worst part was that the chat function on Booking.com (connected to this hotel) was compromised. I ended up losing money due to a scam, and when I reported it to the hotel, they showed no concern or willingness to help.
The location is really creepy!
The owner was friendly and helpful. You get what you pay for. One should consider the price and location relative to the price then not still expect 5 star amenities. We will stay here again if we return to Manila
