Great for short stay.
Pros:

The room is spacious. Clean & suitable for short trips. Walking distance to the Dragon Bridge.

Cons:

The property street is a bit dark at light, first time walking for check in procedure need to carry luggage our own, walk up a bit steep short staircase. Great for short stay

Pros:

Excelente opción de alojamiento, las instalaciones están nuevas y la ubicación es muy buena, a pasos del mercado nocturno y puente del dragón. Hay cafeterías cerca y a pasos de una lavandería muy económica. El personal es muy amable y confiable, tienen ascensor, la cama es comoda y las piezas son amplias y luminosas. Baño con mampara. Tiene un pequeño balcón. Nos gustó mucho estuvimos super cómodos en nuestra estancia. Deben avisar si necesitan aseo en su habitación.

Cheap, worth for money but dont expect much. Bring cash.
Pros:

Value for money. Last minutes booking. This property near dragon bridge. Around 5min walk. U need to cross the bridge to go to go city for anything.

Cons:

One of the problem with Vietnamese hotel/hostels is they want you to pay at property when you arrive. This something really needs to improve. Who carry so much cash in foreign country. I didn’t know this till i arrived at hotel, and i don’t have cash. I need to walk in the rain to ATM.

The weird part is staff should’ve inform you earlier . I arrived earlier and they don’t let me check in because check in time at 2pm. As a good receptionist, they should inform customer, hey you need to pay ya. Make sure u have cash. They didn’t and the receptionist was just busy watching video and bla bla bla.

鬧中取靜、親切且乾淨
Pros:

［交通地點］
步行不到10分到龍橋，每週五六日晚上九點可欣賞噴火跟水秀，附近有雜貨店，海鮮店跟按摩店，但距離超市GO Đà Nẵng(就是Big C)跟樂天都很遠，前往會安者可以找barri travel旅行社（klook有），步行不到10分就到搭車處，整體是個安靜又方便的地點。

［硬體設備］
雙人床，2邊都有床頭櫃跟床頭燈，冷氣（夠強），超多插座跟衣架，毛巾，洗髮沐浴乳，蓮蓬頭，窗戶，桌椅各一，吹風機，電視，冰箱，2小瓶裝水（350cc/瓶)，每天有人進門打掃，若不喜歡別人進房間，可以告知櫃檯不要進來掃，只要每天在門口補充毛巾跟水即可。

［人員服務］
從早到晚櫃檯都有人，我第一天太早10：00就到，可惜還有人沒退房所以不能提早入住，但可以將行李寄放櫃檯，我然後我晚上23：00才回飯店，結果主要收費的工作人員回家了，代班的人直接給我鑰匙並告知我明天早上九點後再下來繳費，人生第一次住飯店沒有先付錢而是先入住的，這種信任制讓我覺得好像住家裡一樣，這裡只能付現金不能刷卡，但整體是很親切又溫暖的地方，每個人都笑得很燦爛。
