Ottima scelta
Pros:

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Il personale veramente gentile e collaborativo, soprattutto in occasione del problema con l'impianto di climatizzazione avuto il primo giorno risolto in tempi brevi.
Camera spaziosa e pulita, letto molto comodo.
Buona la colazione ed ottima frutta fresca.
Ottima posizione, al centro ma lontano dai rumori dei locali e dalla confusione.
Complessivamente un ottimo soggiorno.

Cons:

Mancava solo qualche piccolo dettaglio in più come il poggiarotolo per la carta igienica e qualche appendino per asciugamani e vestiti.

Was a delightful place to stay. Very clean, and comfortable beds and rooms.
Pros:

Location was excellent.

Cons:

The room was warm... even with AC fully on, the room stayed at 25-26C.

An enjoyable visit to a new part of Italy
Pros:

I liked that we had a balcony and the shower was wonderful. Plenty of space, somewhere to put the necessary toiletries and very good water pressure

Cons:

The coffee machine in the room didn't work properly and the resultant cup of coffee was not that good. There was only one mirror and that was in the bathroom. We could never get the room safe to work, but the most irritating thing was that my husband and I were staying for a week, yet there were only 4 hangars. Not enough

Un antico palazzo davvero ben curato nei minimi dettagli e in pieno centro storico e nonostante questo molto tranquillo per la notte..
Lo staff davvero gentile e cortese e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza in particolare modo, essendo ubicata in ztl, disponibili anche per fornire i clienti di pass per il soggiorno.
Colazione abbondante e ricca per ogni gusto. Stanze pulite e molto caratteristiche con un mix tra classico e moderno.

Hôtel dans le centre accueillant
Pros:

L’emplacement, la propreté, petit déjeuner exceptionnel et personnel accueillant. Très jolie chambre en mezzanine avec petit balcon. Et le rooftop où on peut boire un verre. Très bon resto juste en bas de l’hôtel.

Cons:

Les grosses traces d’humidité et de moisissures dans la chambre et salle de bain, je pense qu’il doit y avoir des infiltrations sur le toit terrasse. Manque aussi une chaise supplémentaire car le lit est à l’étage en mezzanine.
