La posizione nella piazza molto tranquilla e in centro, con parcheggio a 3 minuti a piedi sempre disponibile (durante la settimana di ferragosto)

Charmant hôtel bien placé à 5 mn à pied du centre-ville et au calme.
Possibilité de stationner la voiture gratuitement à quelques minutes du Palazzo.
Malheureusement notre chambre duplex à la base certainement très charmante (sur les photos booking), mériterait d’être rénovée en urgence… Murs de douche très dégradés, murs chambre qui s’effritent avec des traces importantes d’humidité 😕 et pourtant je n’ai pas la sensation d’avoir réservé un hôtel premier prix 👎🏻
Absence de cafetière ou bouilloire dans la chambre, une table mais une seule chaise (chambre 2/3 pers.), 2 pauvres cintres en guise de penderie.
Le personnel est très agréable mais pour autant on nous a laissé dans la même chambre pour 4 nuits…
Bar en terrasse sur le roof top fermé et jacuzzi sur réservation à 40€/pers. 🤔
Dommage car cet établissement pourrait avoir tout pour plaire (sur le papier il plaisait beaucoup surtout pour 4 nuits).

The room was very spacious with comfortable beds. Temperature in mid-July was a bit hot upstairs, but manageable (and totally fine downstairs). Air-conditioning was available and easy to use. Breakfast was a great surprise; I don't normally have hotel breakfasts but kind of "accidentally" had it one day and decided to have it each day afterwards. In particular, there was a great spread of pastries, fruit & eggs and friendly service.
The hotel is conveniently located within the ZTL and just a couple minutes walking to the center of the city. Parking is also available nearby outside the ZTL. As a result of being within the ZTL, it is very quiet and comfortable around the hotel.
Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Il personale veramente gentile e collaborativo, soprattutto in occasione del problema con l'impianto di climatizzazione avuto il primo giorno risolto in tempi brevi.
Camera spaziosa e pulita, letto molto comodo.
Buona la colazione ed ottima frutta fresca.
Ottima posizione, al centro ma lontano dai rumori dei locali e dalla confusione.
Complessivamente un ottimo soggiorno.
Mancava solo qualche piccolo dettaglio in più come il poggiarotolo per la carta igienica e qualche appendino per asciugamani e vestiti.
