Pros:

Die Wohnung sieht aus wie auf den Fotos und war sauber und ruhig. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und hatten einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt. Gratis Parkplätze haben wir problemlos in einer Nebenstraße gefunden.

A relaxing and peaceful leisure break
Pros:

This apartment is a haven of peace and tranquility so if you want to escape the busyness of the city and get a great night's sleep but only be a ten minute train ride away from Munich central, then it is ideal. The standard of cleanliness and the friendliness and helpfulness of the host is the best I have experienced. His aim is to genuinely give guests the best Munich experience and the apartment is decorated and furnished with relaxation and well being in mind. E.g. the jacuzzi in the bathroom, ambient lighting throughout and tasteful minimalist decor. The balcony has comfortable bean bags to lounge and admire the view of the mountains. There is also a hammock for the more adventurous! There is a comprehensive information board in the reception area with very useful local information. The S bahn is literally a minute's walk away from the apartment where there are also 3 supermarkets. There is a compact and fully equipped kitchenette, Very close by is a Woerner's Cafe where you can have breakfast and marvellous cakes and coffee served by friendly staff!

Cons:

I cannot think of anything bad to say about the apartment. The photographs on booking.com are a true representation.

Grandioser Urlaub und Aufenthalt zum Entspannen.

Die Alpen Panorama Suite verdient unserer Meinung 5 Sterne. Alleine der Whirlpool und die Loggia
zum entspannen mit Blick auf die Alpen sind grandios. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind in ca 300 Meter
erreichbar.Herr Mäder haben wir Kennengelernt ,der sehr sympathisch ist. wir haben bereits die
Suite fürs nächste Jahr gebucht.

Sehr schön, sehr zu empfehlen! Gut Anbindung an den ÖPNV, Te-Gut und Aldi in Laufentfernung.
Pros:

Eine sehr hübsche Ausstattung, liebevoll gestaltete und auf die Feinheiten geachtet Wohnungseinrichtung. Besonders die Aussicht war spektakulär.

Cons:

Der Wirlpool ist sehr schön, aber der Komfort der Dusche wird dadurch reduziert.

Pros:

große Loggia und großer Pool. Ruhige Lage. Sehr freundlicher Inhaber. im Kühlschrank gabt es Getränke für jeden Geschmack. für die Kaffeemaschine gibt es erstmals Kapseln. für Tee gibt es erstmal Teebeuteln. in der Nähe gibt es Aldi und Edeka. die S-Bahn Haltestelle ist auch in der Nähe.
Die Ausstattung ist perfekt. Alles sauber. Es gibt eine Beleuchtung in Form eines Kamins. Finde ich alles sehr schön. Das einzige, was fehlte, war eine Klimaanlage oder ein Ventilator, aber für uns war kein großes Problem.

Location and transport links: 20-25 minutes to Munich HBF door to door. Amazing view south to the alps. Extremely well equipped and decorated, and spotlessly clean. Balcony. Hammock. Mood lighting. Disco jacuzzi bath. Coffee machine. Etc. and so forth.

Ralf was an excellent host: nothing too much trouble, great recommendations and explained everything.

Pros:

Fantastic home from home! In a great location in the outer suburbs of Münich with amenities very close by and the train station only 5 minutes away. The uninterrupted views of the Alps are stunning, spending time basking in the sun on the balcony is a must!!
The size is more than sufficient too, very spacious with plenty of storage to keep the room clean

Cons:

This room doesn't come with a kitchen as such so you are restricted to what you can make but a fridge, microwave and a coffee machine are enough for a few days if you're only having breakfast there

Perfect stay in Munich
Pros:

Perfect location - easy to get to the center of Munich (metro or train). Perfect view, very fresh air, even possible to sleep with an open window!!!
Hamack, balkony, jacuzzi bath...
Very pleasant host Ralf, who will tell all the details, and give tips on discovering Munich in the best way!

Cons:

Nothing to mention, we had a perfect experience and enjoyed our time in Munich. It's better than staying in the city hotel. The price-quality ratio is perfect, unlikely to find something chipper. Definitely recommended!!!
