For the first time I actually loved the hotel I booked this hotel is amazing I would rebook again but for more days next

Los días que estuve en el hotel las sábanas estaban manchadas de maquillaje incluso fui al personal para que cambiaran las sábanas y solamente llegaron a ordenar el cuarto y nunca cambiaron las sábanas siempre fue la misma

The stay was great. Very nice hotel with big rooms. Evening Receptions on Monday. Nice breakfast.

The breakfast was good. The hotel was very nice. Also I liked it because it had free laundry and a large refrigerator with a freezer.

Gatlinburg stay
Pros:

Everything.....only downfall was the balcony was small and the heat from the AC unit made it unbearable 😞......other than that fantastic time

Pros:

I loved that it was close where I wanted to be. The view was beautiful.

Cons:

My children have asthma and people will smoke on the balcony. Cigarette smell will enter room. Also breakfast was gone by 8:30 even tho it said until 9:30.
