Pros:

We liked the idea that it was a suite-seperate living room, that you could stay up late without bothering the people that want to go to sleep. Also nice terrace.
Clean room, good location a bit outside of the center but get everywhere quick(close to main road)

I booked one of the most expensive rooms specifically because it was advertised as having a balcony and a mountain view. Unfortunately, the room we received was on the second floor, which is actually the first floor above the ground floor, directly beside the parking lot. We could hear people talking outside, and in front of our balcony was a huge building that completely blocked the view.

When we asked if we could move to a higher floor so we could actually enjoy the mountain view we paid for, we were told that the higher-floor rooms were only for members. This was extremely disappointing. If higher-floor rooms are reserved for members, this should be clearly stated when booking a room advertised as having a mountain view.

I believe the hotel should be much more specific about what they mean by “mountain view.” When guests pay extra for a room advertised with a balcony and mountain view, it is reasonable to expect a higher-floor room with a clear and enjoyable view of the mountains—not a parking lot and a large building directly in front of the balcony.

For the price we paid, the room did not meet our expectations or what we understood from the description. The hotel should be more transparent about the actual view and the restrictions on higher-floor rooms.

Very nice hotel, nice stay.
Pros:

Lady at front desk was really friendly and hotel is very clean.

Cons:

Shower glass door wouldn’t close all the way and temperature was hot in room and thermostat wouldn’t hardly go down.
