Just throw stone ,to The Santcuary Fernando,Macdonals ,JCO,n Mixed rice restaurants n more,next to it ,is Habibie Mall.Right opp Oxy suites is circle K mart.Felt secure here, near the road,malls n shops recommended to all.The suites was really cleaned and comfy to stay .There's kitchenette, n cutleries and some plates provided plus cooking pan.Staff are service oriented:)Tq for the welcome card :)

10-15 minutes (either by Grab bike/car) to the International Ferry Terminal, about 1km, 800m plus is One Batam Mall (I bought my weekly groceries and ate local foods on my cheat day there) and am able to cook daily.
Good for 1-2 nights, suggest booking your room on the 1st or 2nd floor, if you sleep normal timing (11pm and slight past midnight)
Oxy Suits occupy 2 shop houses with total 12 rooms, if you are like me, working remotely/digital normed, it is not recommended due to the unstable, internet/wifi, the whole day and nights; thus, I have to cancel all my conferences, discussions and so forth.
As I booked in Booking.com and doesn't knew 'G-01' means, it was on the ground floor, it was noisy from late evening until wee hours 4-5 am, daily. (Circle K next door, after 10pm, they will drag their tables and chairs in front of my room), (Oxy owner has resolved it).
There are seating area and table at the front of Oxy Suites, (even with ' For Oxy Guests Only' signage stick on the chair, however, local site workers staying 4 shophouse away, occupied it daily evening until night).
Sometimes, one's wanna chill out in the evening or after a day out, you wanna seat/rest a while before returning to room and there wasn't available.
Oxy staffs have reminded them constantly, yet they didn't barge, finally, one day, I resolved the matter.
Second time staying at Oxy. Love the location, great service, price and interior design. This unit is on the ground floor and nearest to the counter entrance so if you're a light sleeper, it's best to book the other units under Oxy.
The entire was okay...but surrounding so quiet....less shops were open...like abandoned places....but beside this property there are Circle K convenient stores...nearby so many fastfoods within walking distance like KFC , and etc....
bed so hard not so comfy....having back pain.....stay one night....only problem is the bed...other than that.....its was okay....

It was on the ground floor, in the evening could get quite noisy with customers in cafe next door.
The room is very clean, tidy and comfortable. The room is completely same as picture.

Good quality fit-out and nicely appointed. This place is comfortable for a few days and has everything you need. Plus really friendly and helpful staff.
The Pollux Habibie mall/etc next door is only just opening, and only has a handful of shops open at the time of writing. The Greenland area is only a few minutes away though which is great.
