Very well located in the amazing location of Jing' An, next to multiple amazing restaurants and coffee shop! Staff were helpful and the cats very cute.

Cons:

The room was a little bit tight, but as I am very tall and traveling with big luggages it was a bit complicated. But if you're traveling light it shouldn't be of any issues!

Pros:

お互いの母国語は話せなかったが、翻訳アプリで要望をお伝えすれば笑顔でご対応していただけた。フロントには猫がいて癒し空間となっていた。部屋のトイレとシャワーの壁が若干透けていてびっくりした。掃除は毎日入っていただけて、タオル類は交換できる。最寄りの静安駅から徒歩で10分ほどで都会へのアクセスもしやすく、夜も治安は問題ない気がした。

健身房是和社區健身房共用。算不上精緻但堪用。整體住房經驗超級好，房間隔音可以聽到外面的聲音但整體住戶非常安靜。而且酒店在巷子裡本身就不吵。環境非常舒適。可以的話我希望可以再住回這裡。

Sehr saubere und ruhige Unterkunft.
Kommunikation an der Rezeption hat einwandfrei geklappt. Liegt in einer ruhigen Straße, gegenüber gibt es gleich einen netten Coffeeshop. Bis zur U-Bahnstationen sind es um die 10 min. zu Fuß in beide Richtungen.

Nothing really, not like the pictures and description. Staff miserable, corridors smelled no food more like a hostel!

Convenient place located in the shanghai downtown
Pros:

the location is very convenient : near the shopping malls. The staff is kind. Although my room is located between 3rd and 4th floor where is not accessible by the lift, there's a staff who helped us to move our luggage. The hotel provided free beverage and tooth brush as well.

Cons:

please don't expect too much for a good view from the window
