A memorable stay made even better by the hotel’s warm hospitality and attentive service
Pros:

Despite encountering some issues on our first night, the hotel staff handled the situation swiftly and professionally. Their prompt resolution allowed us to fully enjoy the rest of our stay. Value for money
Pros:

Water dispenser at the lobby, washing machine and dryer available for free use.

Cons:

Breakfast selection was limited but I loved the salads. Gym was small too with 2 treadmills, one cycle (not working), a bench and some weights. Due to the location, pick ups and Grab always stop opposite the hotel and we had to cross the busy street all the time to get to our ride.

Pros:

Central location. Nice staff. They add you on whatsapp when you check in and they constantly communicate through it.

Cons:

I was not aware that the super cozy room did not have a window as it was not mentioned on the booking platform.

Pros:

Staffs were very proactive in helping. Billiard pool was nice to have. Attached Indigo cafe was good and hotel location is excellent. Room was above expecations relative to the cost, was very happy with my stay here.

Cons:

Not a big deal but it would be nice to know about the Grab discount earlier (maybe right after checking in). Everything else was perfect.

Pros:

we loved the free pool table and the laundry room! close to dragon bridge and han markets so easily walkable to them

Cons:

beds are very firm and slightly uncomfortable but for a short stay was fine

The Location is outstanding, close to many things I was interested in. Being able to walk along the river is great, Han market and the dragon bridge a short walk too. The staff from the front desk to room cleaning was very nice. I definitely appreciated the 2 bottles of water given daily.

Cons:

I found the breakfast could use more. I usually went outside for breakfast. They advertise a kitchen, I did not see a kitchen. No microwave in room. The kettle is good though. I initially thought the AC was not working properly, did not blow much but after a while it would get to a normal comfortable temperature.

L accueil est exceptionnel. C est la première fois, malgré les nombreux hôtels que j ai pu faire, Le principe de la messagerie avec what s app ( en français en plus) pour d assurer que tout va bien est excellent. Le personnel est bienveillant

Pros:

Location is very good. Walking distance to the dragon bridge/Han river and Han market. Distance to the airport is around 2.5km based on grab. Lots of shops, eateries and restaurants around. Room is clean and big. There is water dispenser at the ground floor, so don’t have to keep buying bottled water. Staffs are service oriented.
