Pros:

Location is very good. Walking distance to the dragon bridge/Han river and Han market. Distance to the airport is around 2.5km based on grab. Lots of shops, eateries and restaurants around. Room is clean and big. There is water dispenser at the ground floor, so don’t have to keep buying bottled water. Staffs are service oriented.

We had a nice stay and the staffs were great!

宿泊初日、深夜に、大きな物音で目が覚めました。朝に何の音だったのか確認すると…　ドアのカード掛けのフックが深夜に突然落ちたようです。カードフックは、簡単な接着で付けてあったようですが…　何故深夜に落ちたのか？　　あとは、契約当初は現地払いの契約だったのに…　宿泊数日前に、「繁忙期なので、前払いをしないとキャンセルする」との勧告。初めから前払いしか受け付けない契約にしているのなら理解できますが…　話が変わるなんて、初めての経験です。とても驚きました。　宿泊２日前に、旅行のスケジュールを変更して支払いをしに行きましたが…　理解できません。
