Pros:

Hotel in centro, a due passi da tutto. La stanza era pulita e curata, e ci sono tanti spazi comuni a disposizione degli ospiti. Inoltre, è possibile lasciare le valigie sia prima che dopo il soggiorno.

È possibile utilizzare i tavoli interni per consumare cibo dall'esterno e sono presenti macchinette per caffè e snack

Il 10 è meritato soprattutto grazie allo staff gentilissimo. Paolo ci ha spiegato per filo e per segno ogni dettaglio della stanza e ci hanno dato ottimi consigli su cosa vedere in città. Un’accoglienza calorosa che fa la differenza

Hotel intimo dove si respira aria di casa, in posizione tranquilla, CI RITORNEREMO.
Pros:

La disponibilità e gentilezza di Paolo (il proprietario); lo abbiamo contattato nelle ore più disparate e ci ha sempre risposto. L'hotel è a due passi dal centro. Per la colazione c'è una pasticceria super a un minuto, oppure puoi fare da solo nella zona ristoro dell'hotel, dotata di tutti gli accessori di cucina fondamentali. Camera e lenzuola pulitissime, così come l'ampio bagno in camera - STRACONSIGLIATO.

Cons:

E' stato meglio di quello che avevamo immaginato, non abbiamo trovato difetti.

Pros:

Il posto perfetto per visitare Bologna.
A 2 minuti a piedi da piazza maggiore, vicinissimo a tutti i punti di interesse, inclusi diversi bar carinissimi per fare colazione.
Paolo è un plus, grazie ancora per i consigli e la disponibilità di lasciare i bagagli il giorno del check out.

A lovely overnight stay . Good value for money .
Pros:

Good location , close to the centre and very quiet. The communication with the host was very good ; most helpful in many ways.
