Si venis por la playa no vengas.
Pros:

El hotel muy lindo. La comida de alguno de los restaurantes muy buena. Las bebidas muy bien tambien. El gimnasio muy completo.

Cons:

La playa esta muy fea. Si bien ellos se ocupan de que la arena esté limpia lamentablemente el mar estaba lleno de sargazo. El fondo lleno de piedras que no se veian por el agua marrón y el olor horrible. Uno elige estos destinos x la playa y solo hicimos pileta. Otra cosa es que tienen reposeras que te cobran 30 usd para estar. Creo que la tarifa que ya habíamos pagado (The reserve) era la suficiente como para tener acceso a todos los servicios. Todo el tiempo te persiguen para venderte el programa de Meliá. Nos regalaron unos sombreros muy bonitos con toallas usadas! La comida del resto Sal fue para el olvido.

doesnt seem like a 5 start. 4 at most. multiple issues with room keys almost every day.
Pros:

quite a nice hotel. decent food. 50% of staff were good but many didn't care unfortunately. room was very nice. view and beach was great. food was decent. some dishes out signed others.

Cons:

we had a HUGE problem with our keys. 7 times they locked us out of the rooms. having to walk to the front desk every time. a couple times this was after midnight. when we were assured it was fixed we went for a couples massage. our kids rooms they were locked out and couldn't get a hold of because we were in the spa. they were teen agers but couldn't get in to their rooms. they ended up comping the spa services but it was an absolute pain. 7 times in 9 days.... no rhyme or reason.

Неплохой отель, но совсем не продуманный сервис
Pros:

Территория отеля и выбор блюд шведского стола в основном ресторане Hadar.

Cons:

Невозможно организовать подачу машины ко входу в отель. Местная мафия таксистов не позволяет ожидать и у главного въезда, куда могут довезти на гольф-каре. Мы ныряли и у нас было два чемодана дайверского снаряжения. Персонал отеля не дал машине нашего дайв-центра заехать за нами на территорию отеля. Мы были вынуждены доезжать до главного входа и оттуда ещё идти на соседнюю улицу, так как таксисты не позволяют другим машинам забирать нас от главного въезда. В отеле очень удивились тому, что мы знаем, что у въезда стоять нельзя из-за таксистов, но никакого решения не предложили. Нам было очень неудобно из-за этого все 5 дней.

На пляже водоросли и купаться невозможно. В другом отеле, в котором мы были недалеко от этого, водоросли с пляжа убирали и он был чистый.

В ресторанах, которые надо бронировать для ужина, очень неуютно, голые столы, не все блюда вкусные. Гораздо вкуснее в ресторане со шведским столом. Везде ожидают чаевых за то, что просто принесли воду - для меня это странно. Подача напитков организована неудобно.

Pros:

This place was truly elegant.It had a private reserve with a private pool, away from the antics of spring breakers. The food was okay in the restaurants. There was a particularly good private for reserve.Only restaurant that served lunch and breakfast.That was outstanding. They keep the property perfectly.

Cons:

It was very hard to get reservations at the restaurants.I wish they had told us to book immediately upon arrival.They were sold out most every night.If you did it the same day.

Struttura bella, ma soggiorno compromesso

Cons:

Abbiamo soggiornato qui qualche giorno a cavallo dell’ultimo dell’anno. La prima sera abbiamo cenato in uno dei ristoranti, all’aspetto molto bello, ma qualità del cibo purtroppo mediocre. Il giorno successivo ci siamo sentiti male e abbiamo poi scoperto di aver preso una gastroenterite, a quanto pare piuttosto frequente in struttura con “focolai” (informazione data dal personale al momento). Peccato che questa cosa ci abbia compromesso tutto il soggiorno, facendoci rinunciare alla serata del capodanno e a quello che la formula all inclusive offriva.

Playa excelente y el barman mejor!!Restaurantes muy buenos, servicio en todo el hotel de 1⁰. Concierge súper atento. Siempre con una sonrisa todos!!!!

Overall a great stay, we'll probably be back.
Pros:

This hotel is fantastic, we really had a great time and a great rest. The food, the pool, and beach were all great.

Cons:

In October, they decided it was the best time to repaint the entire hotel. It was pretty annoying; my kids touched the paint at least twice, and we would smell the paint throughout most of the stay. Also, the Aquazone pool was partially closed for painting.
The hotel isn't doing enough against mosquitoes, at least in October. It was pretty bad. Everything else was great.

Relaxing family vacation once we figured everything out !
Pros:

Great for family reunions ! Something for everyone ! Loved Elena & the team as The facility for Pliates & Yoga was outstanding

Cons:

They could improve communication before & on arrival about the facility activities / booking restaurants / concierge for non Reserve member was poor ..
