Not Value for Money
Pros:

The location is walkable from the main road, and it is a housing area. so no noise from the road and no pollution.
Property owners were very helpful and checkin and checkout was hassle free.

Cons:

But the room was very basic. Initially I had booked the budget twin room for 1500 without knowing it's Non AC. Then had to change to Double room with AC by paying extra 500 per day. The rooms are very small and kinda old. Bathroom was not maintained properly. Not worth the money.

Простраство. Чистота. Доброжелательность. Комплекс услуг и помощь во всем. Завтраки в номер. Вкусно. Есть парковка. Есть пространство между комнатами, если ваш сосед спит, то вы можете поработать спокойно. Есть кухня, где можно приготовить самому с холодильником. Есть внизу кафе. Рядом есть ларьки с овощами и фруктами, в шаговой доступности супермаркеты

Cons:

Запахи из окна. Но мне кажется у всего города такой специфический запах. При подъезде к отелю коровы и сборник картонных коробок. Но в целом никак не мешает отдыху.

Should improve for betterment!
Pros:

Breakfast was complimentary only for the first day.
It was okay. There are scopes to improve a lot, particularly the food qualities.

What you'd expect for the price
Pros:

Close to Banjara Hills and Hitec City. Good wifi. Flexible check-in/out. Hot water. Dead bolt locks on the door. Spacious room and bathroom. Given that this price is comparable to some of the dorm options, it's fine if you're just passing through and need somewhere secure and quiet to sleep.

Cons:

Must pay in cash. Very dingy- thin mattress and blanket, not as clean as it looks in pictures. The private room is off a shared common room/living room area and the other guests tried to get into my room, perhaps by mistake. Booking.com does not include taxes- this is not the property's fault, the website should be more clear.
