A good and trusted brand.
Pros:

I was in this hotel for 4 nights from 19/3 to 23/3 prior & chose to rebook for another 2 nights from 2/4 to 4/4 as my final accommodation before heading home to Melbourne from Chengdu.
Reasons for doing so are hotel’s location , friendly staff, excellent buffet breakfast, cleanliness.

Cons:

The complaint I have is that the room’s electrically operated (room 412) lace curtains couldn’t be open separately from the thick curtains due to faulty electrical switches, which meant that I had to leave the whole curtain drawn throughout the day.
Also, having a small bar fridge in the room would be nice. (Holiday Inns Express Xi’an Bell Tower and Luoyang Longmen both provide a bar fridge in the room)

An amazing stay within easy reach of Panda Breeding Centre and places to eat out as well as People’s Park and Tianfu Squ
Pros:

Staff were very helpful ordering taxis and it was clean and near people’s park and Tianfu stations for metro. We got a taxi to Panda Breeding Centre. Amazing day

Great hotel, good location and good value for money
Pros:

The property was at a great location (walkable to many places). The room was clean, very comfortable and good value for money. The staff spoke english and they were very eager to help!

Cons:

The cleaner entered my room despite the 'Do Not Disturb' sign being displayed both electronically and manually

Posizione buona, vicina a people's park e tianfu square e 10 minuti a piedi dalla metro, hotel in buone condizioni e camera abbastanza spaziosa e pulita,set di cortesia tutti i giorni.. Colazione europea abbstanza varia di dolce e salato..

Cons:

un po complicato la prima volta trovare la reception..
