The nicest hotel resort I have ever stayed at !
Pros:

New property with outstanding huge rooms with huge decks and beautiful views of sea. The property and service is world class 5 -star hotel.

Cons:

The beach has a lot of sharp coral so it is actually difficult to swim near shore. We used the beautiful pools for swimming though

This place is absolutely beautiful! It’s breathtaking in every way. One of the best hotels, if not the best, I have ever visited.

Everything was outstanding. It’s an exotic, secluded paradise. I loved every minute we spent there.

An exceptional resort with outstanding hospitality that truly captures the spirit of Lombok.
Pros:

The service was exceptional from start to finish, with every member of the team making us feel so welcome. The food was outstanding, the breakfast offered an excellent variety, and the Executive Chef regularly interacted with guests, making every meal feel special. We also loved the peaceful beachfront location and the authentic experiences, such as the turtle release and traditional cidomo ride, which gave us a real connection to Lombok.

Cons:

Nothing. Our stay exceeded our expectations, and we genuinely struggled to find anything we would change.

Stunning hotel, ultimate luxury, awesome staff
Pros:

The location, the activities and the sunsets were so so beautiful. Very close to Gilli Islands for snorkel trips and the food and service at the hotel were excellent. Pinta was so helpful and we all enjoyed the rare magic to release a turtle into the ocean during our stay. Would love to go back and stay.
