Good location
Staff friendly and helpful

Breakfast has never been great here and its sister hotel Aquarius but in the last year it's become very mediocre. Buffet consists of some fruit, toast, cakes, couple of bain-marie warm dishes and awful coffee. So-called 'juice' is sweet, coloured water. They allow you to order an item from a small 'a la carte menu' to supplement the buffet but these dishes too are mediocre at best. I now skip breakfast here and go and have a decent coffee and breakfast elsewhere. I'd suggest to the owner to, at the very least, invest in a decent coffee machine instead of serving your guests this horrible filtered rubbish.
Also, apparently after complaints from guests about the warm weather, they have now glassed off the entire corner overlooking Wat Lanka so no more breeze coming through... on a rooftop!! Unbelievable folks, if the heat is all too much for you have yr breakfast in yr air-conditioned room or better still, don't travel to Cambodia. Now, thanks to you, the once very pleasant rooftop area has become another room.
We stayed here on 3 separate occasions and cannot recommend this hotel enough.
Staff are wonderful, room exceptionally clean, rooftop pool is beautiful.
Restaurant lunchtime set is very good whilst alacarte outside of lunch hours a bit pricey.
Must check out the Speakeasy and the craft beer bars and restaurants in the lanes next door

We loved the hotel location, being so close to excellent restaurants and the interior of the hotel was beautiful. The bar upstairs and the pool area were wonderful. The hotel staff were all very lovely - friendly and professional.
Our only concern about our room was that the mattress was very hard. Fine for me but my husband found it a little uncomfortable. Also, the cost of laundry seemed very expensive at $13 for a bag. Perhaps that’s normal for Phnom Penh hotels - we don’t have any other experience.
The location of the hotel is ideal, with its own "elephant restaurant " and other local restaurants and bars with a good choice.
Whenever I travel to Phnom Penh I stay at this hotel. The staff are so friendly and recognised you immediately, brilliant service.

Smallish bathroom but manageable
Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Hotel. Der Rooftop-Pool ist ein echtes Highlight – auch wenn er nur morgens Sonne hat, ist er perfekt für eine erfrischende Abkühlung.
Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, alles war sauber und gepflegt und das Personal durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.

The breakfast, that was very good, was below expectations, with less options than we would have loved.

Le seul détail était le manque de lumière dans la chambre du fait que nous étions au premier étage. La fenêtre était un peu petite.
