Cons:

Breakfast needs help. Eggs too watery. Mix up the breakfast meats day to day for ppl who stay multiple days. Items run out before end of breakfast. More healthy alternatives. Yogurt great but limited quantity.

breakfast was far better than I expected

Cons:

I reserved for a double queen and they gave us a king with pull out couch, and the couch had no bedding and we had to ask for it. toilet paper holder was falling off the wall and wouldn't hold the toilet paper on

Breakfast area was very good. The cook was also kind.

My room was not attended during my entire stay. I need to get towels myself and emptied the trash.

Frustrated
Pros:

I like the location, and the rooms, it is perfect for my family. I love that there's a refrigerator for my kids freshmilk and fruits, and microwave for their mac and cheese. The supervisor Anna accommodated our 2nd room even if there was problem with bookings.

Cons:

I’m extremely frustrated with what happened during check-in. When I arrived, I was told I hadn’t paid and was asked for my credit card. I showed my receipt from Booking, and only after checking again did they confirm that it was already paid. That alone was stressful and unnecessary.
Then for my second room, I was told there was a problem with my booking and that I needed to call Booking.com myself because the virtual card they received wasn’t working. I ended up waiting for a long time while this was being sorted out.
This was especially upsetting because I was traveling with my kids, and we had just driven 2½ hours to get there. I even called twice, days before our arrival, to make sure everything was confirmed and there would be no issues. After taking those extra steps, experiencing this kind of inconvenience and delay at check-in was incredibly disappointing and frustrating.

Nice, but not what I expected.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and I liked the bath.

Cons:

When I booked the room me I booked it for a room that has two rooms with two king size beds. It had two queen maybe full size beds and only 1 room so I didn't get the room that I thought I paid for.
