Fantastic staff, location and value for money!
Pros:

Clean amenities and friendly staff.

Cons:

The toilet paper holder was broken and the hot water in the shower could be hotter.

Pros:

Room was spacious, bed was very comfy, enjoyed the Smart TV. The place is well located and near lots of great food options. Overall a very nice place and would return!

Cons:

No hot water in the shower, air vent in the bathroom hasn't been cleaned in a long time, broken coffee machine, no staff present during the day, hard to find towels (eventually found them in a cabinet under the TV in the common room)

It was good accommodation.
Pros:

It's good accommodation, near everything at a reasonable price.

Cons:

What I don't understand is why you charge a $100 deposit when you can just get the card details if you need something.
Out of all the places I've stayed this is the only one that wanted a deposit up front.
