Terribly pathetic hospitality
Pros:

There was nothing that one could like about this place. Even there was not a proper way to reach the reception.

Cons:

1. Receptionist
2. Conditions of rooms
3. Behavior of the hotel attedant
4. Illiterate staff, they even couldn't confirm the booked room at their place.

I had a VERY BAD experience with the RBS NFC-Yoyo hotel, which I had reserved for my exam on August 10th,
and my check-in time was specified as 9–10 pm. I reserved this hotel room for one night through online on August 6th,
and on August 8th, I paid a portion amount of Rs. 518 (the whole cost of the stay, including taxes, was Rs. 1036).
When I called the hotel personnel on August 10th at around 9:30 p.m. to let them know that my check-in time would be
delayed by about fifteen to thirty minutes, they told me that all of the rooms were booked and that there was no
room available for confirmation.

How careless is this??

How is it possible for someone to contact the user with a confirmation and the partial payment for a room
if hotel doesn't have room availability??
Is this appropriate behavior??

They stated these things before I arrived to the hotel, and as a lady, I had reserved this for a night.
So later I stayed in my relatives home which is almost 2hrs from exam center.

Does seriously booking.info get confirmation from the hotel before verifying with the user?
Or simply book.Info requests a partial sum from the user for room confirmation.
Why there's a lack of communication between Booking.info and hotels?
which finally impacts users/customers.

Despite asking for my refund amount of Rs. 518 over several calls,
eventually, I received a mail with an OYO link for my account data after all of this.
they did not provide my refund through the method/mode of payment; instead,
they requested my account details and shared them, but I have not received any refund as of yet.

I tried calling the support call number for refund status which requests the PNR number and
fails to connect to the help line after entering the pnr/booking number.

Users should never trust the terrible experience they had with OYO and booking information!
ITS VERY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH OYO AND BOOKING INFO WHICH USERS SHOULD NEVER TRUST!!

Online booking is a scam

He charged more than what was displayed on the website. I had booked 2 rooms at a price of 1574(price of two rooms )for three people. When I went there he said the rooms were sold and gave me only one room at a price of Rs2000/- . The hotel manager did not provide any bill, upon insisting he said the bill will be provided by the website . Extremely rude response from the manager

Pros:

Staffs were very poor and they made me to the pay the discount I have received from Bokking.com . Only after paying 500 rs they have given us the keys. I have tried calling Booking.com and registered comments is Oyo on the same day. Try to return the money if possible.

Cons:

They made me pay the discount I gave received from booking.com and staff were rude. No key provided to one room.
