A very beautiful and simple accommodation—exactly what every traveler hopes to find. The location is excellent, with convenient transportation. It is only a few steps away from the train station, and there are many 24-hour convenience stores nearby if you need anything. The hot water pressure is excellent. The entire setup is practical and comfortable, packing everything you need into a simple, worry-free stay. As a great bonus, overall, this is a warm and welcoming place that makes traveling effortless. We will definitely come back again.

Хорошая ванная комната, чистота в апартаментах, удобный и комфортный процесс check-in

Cons:

Не хватает тумбочки или небольшого шкафчика у кровати или у дивана, чтобы можно было бы положить на него телефон или ещё какие-то вещи. Не хватает веревок на балконе для белья.

Felt at home from the start!
Pros:

The bed was comfy, big. Bed sheets were just the way i like them. Multiple charging stations. Balcony was an extra (good for drying clothes and late night chill but a bit small). They had extra sheets for the loft sofa (never had to use it) nice kitchen (with supplies for cooking etc). Nice dining table, nice location (ikebukoru is underrated af and the hotel had a 7eleven 30sec away open 24/7, 3 stations nearby). Everything was clean, no smell from the room and the bathroom was good with supplies for everything i could think of. Truly an exceptional room and im glad i stayed here, if you are having second doubts ab the apartments i hope this helped you. The owner even let us check in early (truly thankfull) because there were no other guest the night before!
