Super ruhige Lage
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war in einem ruhigeren Teil Tokyos und bietet daher auf jeden Fall einen schönen Rückzugsort von den lebhafteren Stadtgebieten. Die Anbindung zur Metro war sehr gut und auch der Fußweg zur Ikebukoro Station war auf jeden Fall machbar. Die Unterkunft war auch sehr sauber und bot alles, was wir für die Tage dort brauchten.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war etwas klein, wodurch das Öffnen der Koffer stellenweise etwas schwierig wurde. Ebenfalls schade war das Fehlen eines Aufzugs. Wir hatten auf der Hinreise zum Glück keinen allzu schweren Koffer und waren im ersten Stock.

子連れ観光での利用。すごく快適
Pros:

全体的に清潔感があり、快適に過ごせた。
キッチン、風呂場の水回りもきちんと掃除が行き届いていた。
5歳、7歳の子連れでの利用で、湯船にも浸かれるし、着た服は洗濯もできるのですごく便利だった。
問い合わせにも迅速に対応してくれたし、親切で丁寧だった。
要町駅、椎名町駅も徒歩圏内で便利でした

Appartement fonctionnel et propre
Pros:

Joli appartement, de taille correcte et propre. Assez bien équipé dans l'ensemble. Les instructions d'entrée étaient claires et détaillées. Localisation bien (à côté d'un accès au métro mais pas trop éloigné a pied de la gare principale) et quartier très calme.

Cons:

Il manquait de la vaisselle, un torchon ainsi qu'un balai pour maintenir le sol dans un bon état quand on reste plusieurs jours.

Homely stay
Pros:

The apartment had everything we needed. Very close to a 7 eleven and close to train station as well. Lots of places to eat locally. It would have been great if they provided iron for clothes. Would stay here again if we visit Japan.
