Pros:

I would like,If the property refund my booking amount.

Cons:

I had booked a room from 29 th july to 31 july. After paper work I paid the rent, which is higher than the booking.com amount. Then I cancelled my booking , because it was uninhabitable (dirty passage, room and washroom. Crashed door lock, damp wall, power switch wasn't working properly.) they had offered me another hotel in West Enclave and the amount will be adjust. But, the second hotel didn't take any responsibility. Now the property took my phone call and they don't make any response to refund my amount.

We had a great time at this place. The room was big, clean, and well kept. The staff were friendly and always there to help. It's in a super convenient spot, close to stores and transportation. All in all, a really comfy and nice experience.
