Nothing at all. Hopeless

Cons:

we reached hotel for stay at 4 AM on 05th March . The hotel was locked from inside and the attendants did not open the door and they neither picked my repeated phone calls .Tried knocking the bell/ gate also. Had to spend 2 hrs in wee Hpur’s to set u another hotel for stay and paying separately. Totally unacceptable behaviour of staff and management . Now where to get my refund also.
