Horrible.
Pros:

Stains everywhere, sheets were not replaced after i requested they be replaced due to stains. they took my blankets and put the same ones back on. same stains found.

Cons:

i had nowhere clean to sit there were stains everywhere. literally had to take my towels and lay them over most all surfaces.

Very comfortable bed, great value for money, staff were helpful, the restaurant downstairs is super nice and delicious! Others mentioned the noise but with the fan and white noise machine I didn’t have any issues.

Cons:

The location (border of tenderloin) was a bit difficult for a solo female traveller however just part of being downtown SF. No fridge in room and no breakfast was annoying as hard to walk to shops every morning to get yoghurt.

Cons:

I think this hotel is a good example of two stars hotels , the room itself was decent but since there is no AC it make me feel chocked , there is a fan though which makes it better to sleep but still not enough. The staff were very friendly and nice especially that one nepali guy he was very welcoming. The location was a problem to me honestly because i am not comfortable around that many homeless people.
Also why there is a serving fee

Das Hotel lag sehr zentral, es war sauber aber viel zu laut
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren zwar klein, aber sauber

Cons:

Es war sehr laut, man könnte das Fenster nicht öffnen und es gab keine Klimaanlage. Bei 4 Personen im Zimmer war’s dann recht muffig.
Sie ziehen einen deposit von der Kreditkarte und zahlen es nicht zurück.
