Very shady neighborhood with homeless people all around. Not safe at night and room is very noisy and loud throughout the night cant sleep at all even with the earplugs provided by the hotel. Beds not comfortable and too bouncy

Due to confusion on how the payment for the room was handled, it was stressful but still eventful.
Pros:

The rooms were private and housekeepers were very good. The general manager in particular was very accommodating when an issue arose so that my stay would be okay.

Cons:

There is no air conditioning in the rooms. I think the rate is a bit high when you lack that.

Pros:

Their communication was fantastic pre organised dropping bag through check in to check. Christopher was a great guest check in host as were the rest of the team

Horrendously Noisy it is hard to sleep.

Unless you are deaf this is not somewhere to stay if you want to sleep. The hotel only has single pain glass in the windows and was noisy at best. However people setting up for a mobile disco at 3am in the street really isn’t good for sleeping. I certainly would not recommend even though it is a good location. There was no apologies from staff and it was as if the know it happens so often they don’t ask so they don’t get the negative feedback. Only Book with caution

Good hotel for the rooms and staff. Misleading and horrible location.
Pros:

I liked that the rooms were clean, spacious, and the staff were extremely friendly!

Cons:

The location is extremely misleading. You are located on the edge of union square- which is technically in the tenderloin…. As a small, single, young woman, it was really scary entering and exiting the hotel as people would be hitting their crack pipes steps away from the hotel. The doors would be locked on the hotel during the day so sure security was tighter but it was still scary and dirty directly outside the doors.

Lage gut wegen öfis.

Cons:

100erte arme Menschen auf der straße liegend. Nachts eher nicht raus .Drogen betteln etc, aber das Zimmer 206 war das größte. Lüftungs Rohre ect.vom restaurant. Mann wusste sofort was unten gekocht wurde.

Da non ripetere!!!
Pros:

La centralità della zona non si discute, Union Square praticamente.

Cons:

Nella via sottostante cospicua presenza di barboni e tossici a urlare, schiamazzare tutta la notte. Spesso abbiamo sentito spari,non si è capito se da arma da fuoco o petardi. Polizia intervenuta più volte. Zona molto rumosa,chiassosa e soprattutto pochissimo sicura. La struttura offre tappi auricolari.
