I love this. I’m staying here when I come to San Francisco.
Pros:

Staff is really funny. I like the location. It’s close to everything that I need.

Cons:

Stay here several times I haven’t had a issue except one time with check-in, but it’s not a problem

L’hotel è nel complesso onesto e adeguato rispetto al prezzo pagato. La camera era nella norma e il rapporto qualità-prezzo è tutto sommato buono.

Cons:

L’unico vero problema è stato il rumore durante la notte. La nostra camera dava sulla strada, una zona molto frequentata da persone senza fissa dimora e da persone che ascoltavano musica a volume molto alto anche nelle ore notturne. L’ultima notte, in particolare, essendo venerdì, la musica è andata avanti a volume molto alto fino alle 4 del mattino, rendendo praticamente impossibile dormire.
A questo punto si comprende anche perché in camera siano messi a disposizione dei tappi per le orecchie. Quando abbiamo fatto presente il problema al personale al check-out, ci è stato risposto, con un atteggiamento che abbiamo trovato un po’ scocciato, che feste e rumori di questo tipo sono normali in centro.
Capisco che l’hotel non possa controllare ciò che accade sulla strada, ma sarebbe stato apprezzabile un atteggiamento più comprensivo nei confronti degli ospiti e, soprattutto, una maggiore chiarezza su questo aspetto.

It was horrible experience
Pros:

I did not like it at all. Staff were rude and room not clean at all

Very shady neighborhood with homeless people all around. Not safe at night and room is very noisy and loud throughout the night cant sleep at all even with the earplugs provided by the hotel. Beds not comfortable and too bouncy

Due to confusion on how the payment for the room was handled, it was stressful but still eventful.
Pros:

The rooms were private and housekeepers were very good. The general manager in particular was very accommodating when an issue arose so that my stay would be okay.

Cons:

There is no air conditioning in the rooms. I think the rate is a bit high when you lack that.

Central location with fantastic staff
Pros:

Their communication was fantastic pre organised dropping bag through check in to check. Christopher was a great guest check in host as were the rest of the team

The room didn’t have a fridge or kettle

Horrendously Noisy it is hard to sleep.

Cons:

Unless you are deaf this is not somewhere to stay if you want to sleep. The hotel only has single pain glass in the windows and was noisy at best. However people setting up for a mobile disco at 3am in the street really isn’t good for sleeping. I certainly would not recommend even though it is a good location. There was no apologies from staff and it was as if the know it happens so often they don’t ask so they don’t get the negative feedback. Only Book with caution
