Personnel très sympa , un bémol pour la literie . Proximité du centre donc très pratique pour visiter SF

Horrible.
Pros:

Stains everywhere, sheets were not replaced after i requested they be replaced due to stains. they took my blankets and put the same ones back on. same stains found.

Cons:

i had nowhere clean to sit there were stains everywhere. literally had to take my towels and lay them over most all surfaces.
