Pros:

Property is big and spacious and at good location, check in was smooth and room was neat and clean but I have to call 3 to 4 time for hot water and they not provide free drinking water but only charged water bottle of 40rs, breakfast was included in our stay and breakfast was ok. Overall our stay is average.u

Pros:

The suite didn’t look like one, was too small. Basic amenities like hand towel, handwash, shower gel weren’t there. The AC wasn’t functioning properly. Even housekeeping wasn’t done. I asked them to clean the floor after I checked in (even when I had an advance booking and checked in late). On the top of it, I saw cockroaches in the room. Hygiene level was zero.
I opted for it only because of the brand Areca Palms, it turned out to be worse than a Dharmshala.

Cons:

Everything starting from the check in experience , food, staff behaviour, facilities. I would not recommend this place to any one. In case if you don't have any other option its better to drop the plan and return back to your home rather than staying in this property.
