The Place is a bit difficult to find, the property has no signage on, probably due being still not entirely finished. Bedding and Towels surprising good quality, Room sparsely Furniture'd. However: Getting ready to leave I take a seat on provide (only 1) Plastic chair, which (I am 72 kilo) cracks on the Seat in half and I am almost landing on the ground. Mind you, I am slightly disabled (recent spine surgery). On check out we inform the reception of this which goes on the Phone forward backward and then demands us to pay the chair, which I naturally refuse to. Manager does not make an appearance but sends an assistant lady. The Lady does not see the fact that the furniture is faulty and insists on us to pay for the chair, only after I threaten the Hotel to take legal actions finally our deposit is being returned and the matter put to rest. Do not stay at this place, never mind the special discounted offers.
Due to internet website mishap, my booking was made for incorrect date - 6 weeks in advance.
Immediately I realised the mistake and within 15 minutes emailed the company, then again, and again over the next few days..In the end I drove to the location and spoke with the very helpful staff who were sympathetic.
I wanted to book into the hotel immediately - they had rooms and the hotel was less than half full. I asked to have my booking 6 weeks in advance changed for same room.
That request was refused by central office.
They would rather hold firm on "protocol" than be bothered logical and helpful/understanding.
I then wrote to hotel HQ with my complaint and asking for a refund
That communication has been ignored.
I won't be using the hotel again and, as I was assessing the facilities to allow others who visit me in Bangsaen, that business has gone also.
Uncaring, unhelpful, and total lack of customer support and understanding.
A "service" I can do without.
Room space is good. Cleanliness also good!
