Pros:

like the location. staff was nice.

Cons:

place was not clean, coffee creamer and stuff were all expired and was like a rock, also could use more chairs in the room, the couch had fries underneath it.so we left a day early. couldn't stay there any longer. we went ahead and booked with holiday Inn for the last night. will not recommend this place. it's not like it's a cheap place to stay it's expensive, make it worth the money, bathroom wasnt clean at all.

If you’re looking for a cute cabin, make sure you ask to make sure that’s what you’re getting.
Pros:

Cons:

We thought we were renting a cabin, when we were given a hotel room. The place was dingy and they were bleach spots all over the blankets.

Uncomforatable with the cabin the minute we arrived and more so after we entered.
Pros:

Nothing, bad enough we didn't stay a single night.

Cons:

The property should have been secured. The cabin door was left wide open for anyone or any critters to enter. Manager said the cleaning person must have forgot to shut the door when they left. Problem with that, it was dirty. I'm not sure when a cleaning person was there. Dead bugs and dusty. We didn't stay. We return the keys right away and went elsewhere.

Pros:

Nothing went well at this location.

Cons:

The room was filthy! Loaded with spiders. The floors were filthy. My wife and I walked and turned right back around and asked for a refund to which they refused. They then lied about my findings to the booking company I used. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MOTEL!

I won’t book there again.
Cons:

I had booked a cabin but when I got there they gave me a room in the very back. The guy at the reception wasnt even friendly. People were parked in front of our room so we had to park in the road to unpack. The people above us were stomping and running as late as 11:00 pm. Everything was very old and dirty.

Great location for everything..
Pros:

Great location for walking to catch the boats to the island, to shopping and restaurants.. Really cute cabin, clean.

Cons:

The only thing would be very pricey..

Over charged and lack of facilities
Pros:

As mentioned by booking none of the facilities were given
No breakfast offered...there was no iron...no one cleaned there were cobwebs and little spiders..horrible stay

Cons:

Paid for an upgrade but they send us to a dingy and smelly cabin when told about an upgrade we did they said booking falsely promised so we had to pay $615 extra to move to slightly better cabin

It was not the cabin that we asked for it was a room in the lodge. We asked for a cabin and got a room in the lodge

We expected a cleaner environment. We were not impressed with the accomidations.
