Pros:

Reasonably priced and friendly staff.

Cons:

The trash container next to our porch was full when we arrived and wasn't emptied for 3 days we were there. Other than that it was good.

Cabin was structurally nice. I like the loft.

Cons:

The cabin was dirty. Dust in many places. Mold in bathroom. Kitchenette cabinet hinges broken and dangling. Low supply of toilet paper. Couch was old, outdated and not comfortable.

Really clean, super cute rooms and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again.

It was a brief overnight stay, would not choose to stay here again.

The unit was dated and the pictures online didn’t match what I rented. The curtains were falling apart and the shower was dirty. The beds were super close to the wall and the door wouldn’t fully open due to hitting the bed.

The image of the nice Cabin has nothing with what we got. We got a tiny room , not at all cabin. And NO WINDOW. There was no air to breathe.

Pros:

There was two pills on floor. Luckily I found them and not the dog. Looked like ibuprofen, but these days who knows. Also a cap of some sort. Price was high. Would wait until closer to travel to book. Prices came way down. Advertised over half of what we paid. Location was great.

Absolutely plan to stay here again with our babies!
Pros:

I was a little leery about staying here because of some of the reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised by this place! It should be mentioned I was traveling with 3 mini dogs, so we typically get rooms that have some smells and some wear to them. We also love a pet friendly place that is not a hotel room so we don't have to worry about our babies barking and bothering others. We stayed in chalet 402, and it was better than expected. No smell that hit ya when you first walk in and the room was very clean. The bed and pillows were comfy. The staff member that helped me was very friendly. This place provides a list of coupons to the area restaurants and shops. Most places easily walkable from your room.

Cons:

The water was never hot, but it was warm enough to take a quick shower. The carpet is definitely not something I would suggest walking on with white socks. Not shocked by the carpet cleanliness, its a place that accepts pets and people don't typically take off their shoes at the door when traveling.

Location was great.

Cons:

Place was a dive. Dirty pillow cases. Half updated (beds and flooring), but everything else mismatched and shower was moldy. Top rail of bed was thick with dust. Floor was not pieced together correctly and was separated. Outlet holes were not covered up by the outlet covers and outlets were so old your plug fell right out. Bathroom light switch cover cracked all up. Rooms were tiny (not as pictured in listing), barely had one foot of space to get toward head of bed and no side tables. Blinds and curtains were in bad shape. Two steps to get in the door, but NO handrail. Rooms did NOT resemble the listing pictures. Little shacks we stayed in were NOT shown in the listing. Seems like a bait and switch scenario. Giving them an opportunity to make it right, asked front desk to be moved, which came across as a huge hassle for them-even though it was off season and mid-week, not many there, and they showed me an even WORSE room. We were in 317, they showed me 318 as replacement. They offered to move me to a cabin that was pictured in the listing, but there would be an UP charge.

Felt used for what we paired and what we received.

The area

Cons:

The entrance door when closed you could see daylight on the lock side. Watched a bug come into cabin. The fridge on the floor had no shelf and the plank of wood it sat on loved my feet when walking by it. The shower looked nice until you looked down to the shower pan. Th gap between the pan and tile look nasty with something black. The lights by the bed where unplugged after looking at the loose sockets I didn’t plug them in. Also could not sit in the log chairs. We had to use our folding chairs for comfort. And the bathroom door when in the bathroom you can see the sixteen holes in the door plus it sticks when closed. I have some pictures on a different phone.
