The place was perfect, communication with staff was very easy. Would stay there again.

The location is perfect, close to the port and just a 4-minute walk from the metro station Universita. The room was clean and had a minibar with cold water and a small bottle of prosecco. Moreover, the communication with Stefano was easy and he provided all the necessary information for the check-in.
Location is perfect and we had a room to the interior, so it didn’t have the best views however it ended up being very good since we had a very good sleep with no noises.
The room has Alexa and very good gel and shampoo from Loccitane.
The was also coffee, prosecco and crisps to have as complimentary.
The room is a 2nd floor and you need to pay to use the elevator. So not the most convenient if carrying big and heavy bags.
Schönes Zimmer mit geräumigem Bad in top Lage in der Nähe des Hafens. Self Check-in und Check-Out waren total einfach und wir konnten sogar schon deutlich früher um 11 Uhr morgens ins Zimmer.
Das Bad ist etwas feucht/Handtücher trocknen schlecht.
Good central location & our room was nice and quiet as overlooked the courtyard. Also had good shutters.
Shower was very small without a proper seal at the bottom so if you nudged the door, water leaked out - not suitable for anyone above average height/weight/most men. Wiping up the flood also revealed the floor wasn’t very clean! And areas around the shower quite mouldy. Also needed a mirror in the room (was plenty of space) as hard to get ready using the one in the bathroom while partner was showering etc.

Great location. The room itself was great.
The bathroom wasn’t clean, had a strong damp smell. The shower drain was clogged and the toilet kept on running (probably faulty button).
I will be fair and say that we didn’t communicate this issue and didn’t give the property the option to fix the issues - our stay was short and over the weekend.
