Siendo honestos, los primeros 30/45 minutos, dudamos de ir en busqueda de otro lugar. LLegamos un sábado despúes del medio día. No había personal en el lugar, la comunicación los primeros 15 minutos por WhatsApp era nula. La entrada del edificio con bajo mantenimiento no ayudaba (toda Napoles es así), que se sumo que el ingreso es por donde estan los botes de basura. Luego de poder hablar por teléfono, el código que nos pasaban no funcionaba. Tuvimos que esperar que alguien saliera del edificio para entrar. Pero todo eso quedo cubierto con la calidad del departamente. Muy cómodo, prolijo y limpieza absolutamente perfecta. El departamento tenía un living/comedor, muy cómodo para cenar/almorzar. Utensillos de cocina, heladera bajo mesada muy amplia. Un balcón con una mesa y dos sillas que dan a la calle, cómodos para beber una copa. Recomendación para aquellos que vayan a visistar Napoles, entendiendo que los edificios por fuera pueden dar una mala impresión.!
Nada para criticarle al departamento. Salvo los primeros minutos sin poder tener comunicación. !!!
El check in fue super facil. Encontramos el alojamiento sin problema.
Estaba muy limpio. Bien equipado. Tenían productos de baño de Loccitante, de muy buena calidad, eso no lo encontras en cualquier alojamiento.

The rooms are not very well isolated, difficult to sleep if someone is in the lobby.
Really well located. The room was a good size and the bathroom very large. The room was well equipped. The team are friendly and easily available by WhatsApp and were solution orientated when dealing with my queries. Memory foam bed and pillows were unexpectedly comfortable. Really well located for all major sites and transport to Pompei and the port for the Amalfi Coast.
Nothing I could think of. Maybe a few more hangers for a longer stay.
