Clean facility and great selection for continental breakfast...

Cons:

The wifi is AWFUL! There isn't any free WIFI. It doesn't work. People complained back in March/April in the reviews. We thought the issues would be taken care of by now. Not the case. We were there 2 full days and on the second day, no WIFI. We went without TV for 24 hours and the next morning. We asked for a cost adjustment due to the inconvenience. The lady working the desk said she couldn't do anything and management wasn't there. I called back the next day, and got an excuse that management would call me. It took management 2 days to offer us $14. Also, it's off of I95, but not as convenient as it sounds. There are homeless people near. We will NEVER return or recommend this property.

There were coffee stains that were on the ledge by the door that had not been wiped off- kind of gross if you ask me. Then, We got a wake up call at 230am that we didn’t ask for and then again at 240am. When we called the front desk to let them know we didn’t ask for that and wanted the calls to stop, she was very rude and explained she didn’t know what was going on. Then in the morning, the power went out and I had no hot water to take a shower. More so, no coffee or juice for breakfast. The stairwells were dark and difficult to see so I had to use the flashlight on my phone. We noted after we left the power outage was further down the road as well… so technically not their fault, but still a pain to deal with.

Clean clean clean comfortable. Friendly. Fab breakfast!
Pros:

We loved the hotel! Walked to dinner at Shell House Delicious. Entrees and appetizers enough to share!
Staff is exceptional
But. The water pressure was needle like and we only got 2 bath towels in the room
The soap was empty in shower
We told Mrs O at check out. Hope works well next time. Wonderful place to stay off the interstate

Short stay but everything was perfect
Pros:

Easy to order and find location, parking is available and free. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Breakfast with many choices and perfect coffee is a great addition.

Pros:

Breakfast was good. I had some difficulty opening a package of creme cheese and the girl was right there to help me. I didn't have to go looking for anyone. The staff at the front desk were fantastic. We didn't get their names, but they gave us directions to downtown Savannah, Tangiers Outlet mall, and a great Pizza place (Savannah's Pizza.) We could'nt ask for a better room. It was clean and spacious. The bed was a welcome relief at nighttime. Overall, we have no complaints. We will definitely be staying here again we we come this way again.

Excelente custo-benefício.
Pros:

Hotel com excelente custo-benefício. O café da manhã é um grande diferencial, especialmente por ser um item difícil de encontrar incluído na diária nos Estados Unidos. A cama é grande, muito confortável e garantiu ótima noite de sono. Recomendo a hospedagem para quem busca conforto, praticidade e um bom preço.
