In total, we had a comfortable and relaxing stay.
Pros:

The breakfast was good. Especially the cinnamon buns which were warm, very fresh and Soooooo Good! The coffee machine was nice with beans that were ground in the machine and then dispensed, it was also nice to have it good,, hot, and available 24/7.

The staff was courteous, listened intently in order to give excellent answers.

Keywand Battisle, the desk manager from 3PM to 11PM, was very friendly and helpful upon our arrival for a late check-in (my wife and I were due for check-in at 3PM, we arrived at 10PM). He was very accommodating, being that he was nearly off duty, offered us his parking spot in the front of the hotel, as the parking lot was nearly full. His conversation was uplifting regarding the Hotel amenities and was also apologetic for having to replace our King size bed for a dual Queen. He also offered us a new coffee pot being that none was already presently set up in the room which made our stay just that much more comfortable.

Keywand Battisle also helped me in using the complimentary business center. This allowed us to print the itineraries and other documents for our trip. He also provided a stapler for the papers that I printed.

Cons:

We didn't like that the second floor (our floor) did not have an ice machine installed, where it should have been. This made us have to go to another floor for ice or do without. The pillows seem to be of different type meaning so little bit too firm or too soft making it difficult to get comfortable right away.

Excelente opção de estada em Savannah
Pros:

Hotel novo, quarto muito amplo, bem decorado, cama king e roupa de cama muito confortável, bom café da manha, excelente atendimento, estacionamento amplo e gratuito.

Cons:

Internet com ótima velocidade, mas cai com frequência precisando se reconectar muitas vezes.

I didn’t like that it was behind a dinner show place so we thought it was shut down I literally had to drive around the building to find the office and there was crackheads in the parking lot but rooms were clean and beds were clean and comfortable
