Great place to stay in the heart of the Old Quarter
Pros:

The hotel is strategically located in the heart of the Old Quarter in Hanoi, good food around the area. Very affordable room rate, with balcony and free breakfast (but the quality of breakfast is poor). TV, shower, wi-fi, sheets, toiletries were okay. They allowed us to check-in early, around 10AM, instead of 2PM, but charged us additional fees.

Cons:

Better breakfast.

Great Location! But Not Quiet and Uncomfortable Accomodations
Pros:

Nice reception desk! Great breakfast daily, also had option of ordering an omelette which i enjoyed very much.

Cons:

The bed was very uncomfortable- it felt like sleeping on top of wires, i complained about it but no rooms were available. Too much external noise- not easy to relax in room unfortunately.

Cons:

Grande Chambre sans fenêtre et sans déco, un peur «  placard »… besoin d un bon rafraîchissement et … pas d’eau chaude 😅

It’s good and still recommendable for tourist for short stay

Efferent, enjoyable and cosy.
Pros:

We had 2 stays here and extended them both times, Great Location, staff were very friendly and always happy to help. In the centre of Hanoi walking distance from nearly everything and surrounded by the nicest food places

Tanto los recepcionistas como el camarero muy amables.
Pros:

El personal de recepción fue muy amable, llegamos temprano he hicieron lo posible para darnos la habitación lo antes posible. Pedimos quedarnos una noche y sin ningún problema. Muy céntrico.

Cons:

Lo que no nos gustó fue que nos desapareció una bolsa con snack.
