Clean and well maintained. No false advertising. I stayed in a large room with two double beds and I was very satisfied.
Location was good. Little projector in the room.
Water in the pool not clean. Didn't even try to use it once.
No staff or easy instructions on how to get in, on arrival.
Floor dirty.
Constant noise (like a water pump) can be heard throughout night, so cant sleep well at all.
For the breakfast wanted to charge me extra for coffee without telling me in advance.

Good location
The café to which is entitled in the entrance area no longer exists. The entrance area is more like a cemetery. The staff seemed a bit chaotic, Passport was photographed but not passed on. Unfortunately, I “lacked” money (2.500.000 VND) in my room. At first they listened to me and wanted to check the cameras, but then I didn't hear anything anymore... At the pool I was told that the water shouldn't be higher due to safety (on the phone). But it didn't matter at first that the water didn't even reach the filter. Suddenly a technician came and lo and behold, the water was being filled up as shown in the pictures. Previously it was under the lamps... The staff may be friendly, but management seems to me to be a disaster.
Great location
No infos about self checking, nobody answered the phone either. After a while, we finally got through via WhatsApp. There were no infos that breakfast buffet is a 25 min walk away although bought in the package. The nearby Zeus café was constantly sold out on beakfast items s well. No refill of toilet paper despite asking for it.
Location is ok
Major flooding in the shower and took several fixing but still didn’t resolved the issue. Towels is smell and not clean. Very hard to contact hotel as only via chat

Location, easy check it and got late checkout
A member of staff entered our room at 5am to take a picture of our passports which they already had. We were told police had asked to check tenants but was a bit strange and he should have knocked.

Após confirmarmos, o hotel contactou-nos através da caixa de mensagens e informou-nos de que teríamos de fazer self check-in e que o mesmo deveria ser feito através do WhatsApp. Demoraram imenso tempo para nos dar resposta e, após várias tentativas de chamada, continuavam a desligar. O atendimento foi péssimo e não compreendiam inglês. Ao fim de muito tempo, enviaram-nos um QR code suspeito para realizar o pagamento, e foi nesse momento que decidimos cancelar a reserva. Para além disso, a zona de entrada estava completamente imunda. Estava muito suja e cheirava mal. Havia baratas nas escadas e barulho dentro do edifício.
Wir haben fast 50 min gewartet, mehrmals nachtelefoniert, bis wir unseren pin fürs zimmer gab. Dann angekommen im Zimmer, mussten wir feststellen, dass Der boden nass war- anscheinend is da mal was ausgelaufen und unter den boden gezogen. Den Pool konnten wir auch nicht nutzen, da viel zu wenig Wasser drin war- die düsen liefen trocken. Zum check out gab es auch keine info. Alles in allem wars sein Geld nicht wert.
