1) Tourist Tax: Effective 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night applies to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or permanent resident MY PR Card are exempt.

2) Credit Card Policy: The name on the credit card used for booking must match the name of the guest staying at the property. For third-party bookings, an authorization form, along with a copy of the cardholder's ID and credit card, is required.

3) Car Parking: On-site parking is available, subject to additional charges.
Identification & Requests: Guests must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in. Special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4) Parties: This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette), hen, stag, or similar parties.

5) Damage Deposit: A refundable cash damage deposit of MYR 100 to MYR 200 (depending on room type) is required upon arrival. The deposit will be reimbursed in full upon check-out, subject to a room inspection.

Okay for a Short Stay
Pros:

i like how it was somewhat convenient. The location is near to KL and other places like Pasar Seni and so on.

Cons:

Overall, my stay was acceptable, but there were a few issues that affected my comfort. The shared bathroom was unfortunately not very comfortable to use. Additionally, the water heater was not functioning properly, as it could not be adjusted between hot and cold water. The water dispenser also did not provide cold water, which was a bit inconvenient. In my room, the air conditioner remote had very low batteries, so I was unable to adjust the settings or turn the air conditioner off when needed. I hope these matters can be improved in the future to enhance guests’ comfort and experience.

Good value overall
Pros:

I booked a shared room, but it came with a fairly large private bedroom, a shared bathroom, and a decent-sized living room with a kitchen, fridge, and microwave, usually shared with two other people. There’s also access to a pool and a small gym. Overall, it’s a pretty nice place to stay for the value.


Very relaxed and smooth check-out process at that too

Cons:

The Wi-Fi can get pretty bad, and even when I used mobile data, it was slow—much slower than everywhere else I’ve been. They also need to fix the bathroom doors. It’s not just one room; even the bathroom doors in other rooms have trouble opening and closing. On multiple occasions, it felt like I got trapped or locked in the bathroom because the door got stuck. You also have to be careful not to pull too hard, since some of them look like they could easily break.

Outside of those two main issues, it's a pretty good place to stay
