The hotel was very good with very nice and professional staff' Specially Mr. Kareem bhai and salman a very helpful person thank you a lot my brother.

The bedsheets, pillow covers, and , towels were unhygienic.
The bucket and the water mug was very unhygienic. Seems like it had alage taken place in the mug. A sluggish texture inside the bucket.

Water bottle is chargeable more than MRP.

Slow service. Needs constant reminder to the staff to bring water bottle or cutlery.

Check-in: Initially, the staff was outright rude, with strange smirks and jokes. Their behavior was on the verge of being offensive. Later, they became more friendly, but the negative impression remained.
The photos did not match reality:
I always book rooms with windows, as it's an important aspect for me. We chose a more expensive room that had a window, BUT it wouldn't close. Meaning, in the center of Mumbai, you sleep with a window that can't be locked, with a sign and a strange structure full of dirt on the other side, which an adult could walk on. I've attached photos.
We asked to be moved, but were offered rooms on the first floor that were essentially windowless and resembled storage closets.
The floor was so dirty it stuck to our feet
The bathroom faucet was broken and would move whenever you tried to turn it on or off
The mirror looked like it hadn't been cleaned since the hotel was built
We only stayed at the hotel for one night, but the experience was unpleasant.
I've traveled to India many times and stayed in various hotels, always trying to choose nicer ones - this one definitely left a bad impression. I won't return there myself and wouldn't recommend it to others.
