Would recommend the place to others and definitely worth the money
Pros:

The room was spacey, close to a lot of restaurants, stores, and spas. Very convenient! It was also nice that they gave us new towels and water bottles for free every day. All the concierge was very helpful every time we needed assistance.

Cons:

It was difficult to carry our luggages up or down the stairs to reach the entrance. Aside from that, everything was great!

Pros:

De ruime kamer en het vriendelijke personeel. Wij kregen al maanden voor onze aankomst het whatsapp nr zodat we vragen konden stellen voor als we die hadden, ook stuurde ze een filmpje van de kamer zodat we een goed beeld kregen

Cons:

Er was ook het weekend vanaf 7.30am geluidsoverlast omdat de buren naast het hotel een grote verbouwing hebben. Dat was erg jammer, maar niet iets waar het hotel aan konden doen.

The staff went above and beyond to accomodate our needs and the rooms were really nice and clean as well. Highly reccome
Pros:

The facilities and the room were extremely clean and confortable. the room had plenty of space too . The staff and the service was the best. we arrived there earlier than the check in time, but they still provided us with a temporary room in which to shower and change in after the long flight to Hanoi.A few days after, when we found ourselves in Hanoi for a transfer, we did not have a Booking with them but they still allowed us to stay in their lobby to wait for our bus to arrive. Their shuttle service to the airport was really useful too. Highly reccomend.

Cons:

Everything was absolitely lovely and the staff went above and beyond to accomodate our needs. I have no complaints.

Hidden gem in Han Oi
Pros:

Room cozy, clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff friendly and willing to help. Cozy hotel in a quiet street but in a walking distance from most of touristic places. Next to the hotel you can find the best coffee and a place to take pictures with typical Vietnamese costumes. Hair salon for the ladies and cigars shop for the gentlemen

Pros:

Room was superior to other hotels we stayed at. Very clean and good breakfast and location, nice staff. Made sure I got transport to airport at 1 am.

Cons:

The massage at the spa wasn't the best I've had. Great nail girl but they asked for a tip on the survey form at the end of the session and I didn't bring spare cash so that was a little awkward.

Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien situé, avec un bon petit déjeuner et un personnel très gentil, ce qui est appréciable.

Cons:

En revanche, les photos ne reflètent pas du tout la réalité. Les chambres sont très petites, on s’y sent vite à l’étroit, avec d’humidité. Les murs étaient sales et l’ensemble manque clairement d’entretien : les finitions font assez “cheap” et peu soignées. Au vu de la qualité globale, les prix sont excessifs et ne valent pas la prestation proposée.

Great location and high quality service
Pros:

Central location within old town, clean and comfortable accommodation and staff are very friendly and accommodating. It was no problem to leave some luggage when we did a couple of tours, which we really appreciated. Fantastic breakfast. All up, I highly recommend.

A convenient location with staff that exceeded my expectations
Pros:

I absolutely loved the staff. They were exceptional. So helpful and caring. We had an early morning flight and they packed breakfast for our whole family. Staff is the best I’ve experienced in all my travels. Thank you so much Amanda and Ivy (and everyone else - sorry I cant remember your names)

Cons:

The buffet options could be improved. Loved the crepes, though.
