Shame it looked dirty with no comfort
Pros:

Close to airport and safe part of Manilla.
Lovely pool

Cons:

I don’t think you could call the sofa bed a bed!! Rock hard and a mattress on the floor!
Main bed was okay, place was tired, but it was ok for 18 hours!!

I like the location of this condo it’s a walking distance to NAIA Terminal 3.
Pros:

Adjacent to NAIA TERMINAL3

Cons:

Aircon is not cold, Tv no local channels; Netflix was given but it needs a PIN code.

It is simply superb!
Pros:

It‘s very near to the NAIA terminal 3 and has nice facilities like swimming pool and kid‘s playground! May I point out a special mention to the booking agent who is very considerate of our situation and allowed us to make our stay without problems of any sort! Thanks and hope to stay there in the future.

Clean modern studio ideal walking distance from Terminal 3
Pros:

- perfect location close to airport
- clean modern studio
- kitchen
- provision of snacks on an 'honesty' basis
- use of swimming pool
- There was a MAP amongst the listing photos showing the walking route from the terminal. There are many similar apartment blocks nearby. Without the map we would have struggled

Heavy sleep.
Pros:

Perfect location, about 10 minutes walk from Terminal 3.

Cons:

The owner changed the room. Instead to upgrade, we obtained a downgrade.
The room was not properly cleaned.
The futon bed was not proper for sleep, about 1,5 meters long.
