Pros:

Sala de estar, comedor.

Cons:

Falta mantención en cuanto a los arbustos y árboles, para que permitan una vista real desde la habitación, ventanas termopanel que han perdido sus propiedades y sellos, se ven sucias por su interior.

Un lugar como pra sentirse en la casa de uno
Pros:

Un lugar muy acogedor y tranquilo. Personal muy amable. Nos permitieron hacer checkin un poco más temprano, y checkout un poco más tarde. Muy rico desayuno.

Solo vista decente
Pros:

La excelente atención del personal tanto de recepción , aseo y Cosina todas muy amables y preocupadas para resolver cualquier problema que hubiese.

Cons:

La poca preocupación por parte de el o los dueños en modernizar ciertas cosas que son fundamentales en un hotel ( calefacción o aire acondicionado ) el cambio de grifería ya que se notaba que eran antiguas y habían cortinas rotas.

Pros:

A vista e localização do hotel.
Hall de entrada muito bonito.
Atendente da recepção noturno muito atencioso!

Cons:

Estacionamento apertado.
Café da manhã extremamente fraco para o padrão do hotel, fora que a equipe da cozinha demorava muito a repor os poucos itens que tinham, além também de demorar a limpar as mesas sendo que dava pra ouvir os funcionários de papo furado na cozinha.

El personal excelente,y sobre todo las personas del desayuno

La presion de la pieza muy mala y a una hora no había agua caliente para la ducha. La calefacción de las piezas muy mala

Un lugar maravilloso en Frutillar
Pros:

El hotel es hermoso. La habitación era amplia y cómoda, con una vista hermosa al lago. La cama era deliciosa y el baño estaba muy bien. El wifi también me pareció de una velocidad bastante aceptable. El desayuno incluido con la tarifa se agradece mucho. El personal que tienen es muy amable.

BUEN HOTEL CON ASPECTOS POR MEJORAR
Pros:

Lo más destacado es la amabilidad y excelente disposición del personal, mereciendo una mención especial Fernanda. El hotel es lindo, acogedor y tiene buena ubicación, pero se requiere usar automóvil para movilizarse (restaurantes por ejemplo), ya que el sector no es fácilmente caminable.

Cons:

No cuenta con restaurante (ni snacks) y las habitaciones (algo estrechas) no tienen frigobar para guardar alimentos, por lo que la única opción es salir a comer o a comprar algo, sin la posibilidad de refrigerarlo. Sugeriría que tuvieran una máquina que ofrezca variedad de café para el desayuno (cortado, latte etc), el café que ofrecen es muy regular.

Beautiful hotel. But no view of the Osorno volcano.

Lovely room. Friendly service. Clean. Easy parking. Good discount on a fantastic restaurant close by.

Cons:

We booked the hotel specifically to have a view of the Osorno volcano. Unfortunately there are trees that block the view, so we could not see the volcano from our room, despite the volcano being right in front of us. Such a let down! We would not have stayed at the hotel if we had known that you cannot see the Osorno volcano from the hotel room.
