Peor que lo esperado
Cons:

Pedimos cambio de la 1a habitación porque el termo panel de la ventana principal está empañado porque el sello está vencido.
Nos cambiaron a una habitación más pequeña con la ventana en mejores condiciones pero no PERFECTA como tiene que se en un hotel de este precio.

Otra cosa es que el desayuno es muy pobre y que el estacionamiento es estrecho para la cantidad de habitaciones.

Hotel bien, pero esperaba más.
Pros:

La ubicación, al final de la costanera de Frutillar, aunque para acceder a la costanera caminando hay una parte de la calle sin veredas, lo que lo hace un poco peligroso por la circulación de autos a gran velocidad.
La vista al lago y al volcan desde la habitación, lamentablemente no fue la satisfacción máxima, según nuestras expectativas, dado que la vegetación en el exterior ha crecido mucho y tapa lo que debería ser una vista completa.

Cons:

Calidad del cafe, un poco aguado. Calidad del pan al desayuno, solo pan de molde y pancitos tipo amasados, pero no fresco, por lo tanto, un poco duros. Durante la noche se escuchan demasiado los pasos de huéspedes en habitación segundo piso.

Ruhig.
Pros:

Zu Fuss zu kommen nicht geeignet. Lange Strecke zum Dorf Llanquihue neben sehr gefahrene Strasse durch schmaller und nicht zementierter Weg.
TV hatte nicht funktioniert. Hilfe kommt erst nach 30 Min. Und ungern. Hätte wichtige sachen zum erledigen.
Türschloss schwirig zu öffnen und wieder zu.
Am Morgen kein Wasser. Wasserrohr defekt im Dorf und HOTEL hat kein B Plan für die gäste. Niemand konnte duchen und nicht einmal Zähne putzen.

Great views, great location in a lovely town with free secure parking. well sized room with the option of breakfast in the room at no extra charge.

Cons:

They left the windows open for arrival, which is fine in theory but mosquitoes are annoying.
