Pros:

We were there the first part of September and the weather was very warm. After spending a day walking the Camino, we were looking forward to a nice cool room. Sadly, our a/c unit was not working. There were no other rooms available, but the staff did make efforts to repair the a/c situation. Even a fan would have helped, but they didn't have any. They did end up comping our breakfasts the next day - which was very nice. The breakfast was not cheap, but was very nice.
