le confort de la chambre , et la proximité de l'aéroport , la gentillesse du personnel à l'accueil et en salle , et la personne de la navette
je n'ai pas du tout apprécié que l'on serve à ma fille une pizza dont le paton était moisie tout piqué .....malheureusement on s'en est aperçu un peu tard ma fille avait mangé la moitié .....même si la personne en salle m'a proposer autre chose , et de ne pas payer le repas de ma fille , elle n'était plus en capacité de manger qqc ....je ne comprends pad le le cuisinier est rien vu et encore moins comment ca peut arrivé .......
nous n'avons donc pas pris le petit déjeuner sur place après cette déception

La gentillesse du personnel du restaurant qui a accepté de conserver au frais puis réchauffer ma pizza du midi pour la finir en chambre le soir. La navette pour l'aéroport à 4h30.

Very convenient location just few minutes ride to airport. It was my 5th time I stayed there during my trip to France. My connecting flight in Paris at 10 am, so I leave Montpellier at 6 am. Last time I stayed in room 415 and before that in 416. Rooms are huge with queen size bed, very very clean including bed linens, toilet, vanity. What I like there is no carpet flooring, so there is no any smell . Staff are very friendly. In the morning Joe drove me to airport at 0430 even there was another guest who supposed to get ride at 0450. So I was very very satisfied with this hotel. Thank you

« Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la proximité de l’aéroport, ainsi que la navette mise à disposition par l’établissement, ce qui est très pratique. Un grand merci également au personnel pour son accueil et sa gentillesse tout au long de notre séjour. »
« Les prestations dans la chambre étaient assez basiques : il n’y avait pas de réfrigérateur ni de bouteille d’eau. C’est également dommage que le restaurant de l’hôtel soit fermé le week-end. La station-service à proximité propose très peu de choix pour se restaurer, ce qui est regrettable, surtout pour les touristes qui arrivent de loin. »
