Amazing location and great customer service by all staff day and night. Was made to feel welcome and felt very friendly. Price was perfect as it was at a reduced booking.com price as I've previously not stayed due to the higher pricing. So for price, location and customer service it was very good
Luckily it was a quiet time to stay. On some occasions we had to wait for the lift long periods of time, due to only 1 lift to cover all floors, this is nothing that can be fixed, so adding to that, the whole overall experience of property and the views was lovely.

The staff both on reception and the bar were fantastic! Super friendly, helpful and welcoming. The view from the room was also great. But the staff are what made the stay there as good as it was. Highly recommend the hotel due to the staff.
