Mi sono trovato bene
Pros:

Ottima posizione, stanza piccola, lo sapevamo già come del fatto che fosse senza finestra, ma con molti comfort e kit da doccia. Il personale gentilissimo, disponibile e professionale . Ottima colazione con buffet + piatti preparati al momento.

Fair stay but not 9.4 quality
Pros:

- The staff was really kind, and helpful (best thing in the hotel)
- The location was excellent

Cons:

- The photos on Booking.com are misleading compared to the actual condition of the hotel.
- A full renovation is needed in the bathroom area
- The Booking.com score doesn’t reflect the overall quality of the accommodation.

Excellent place to stay in the Old Quarter
Pros:

The staff is excellent at making sure you are well taken care of at all times. Ruby was very helpful in booking my trip to LAN Ha Bay and Cat ba Island. She’s full of good recommendations! The breakfast is good with plenty of options. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I am planning to come back and stay with them again.

Pros:

The location was great, but the best part by far was the entire staff. Each and every person was so kind and genuine. From the moment I checked in I was given a thorough explanation of all the interesting things to do around the city, I was then taken to my room and given an overview of everything there as well. The breakfast staff were so great each morning and the beautiful girl I dealt with for booking tours was so sweet, kind and knowledgeable. The staff even came outside when I checked out of the hotel to wish me farewell and waved goodbye. Best hotel staff ever, I will always remember my staff with them ❤️

Ottima accoglienza e posizione perfetta per visitare Hanoi
Pros:

Soggiorno molto piacevole. La camera era un po’ piccola e con una finestra senza vista, ma comunque abbastanza pulita e confortevole per qualche notte in città. Il vero punto di forza è lo staff: super gentile e disponibile sia prima del nostro arrivo che durante tutto il soggiorno. Ci hanno organizzato a un buon prezzo il transfer dall’aeroporto e all’arrivo ci hanno accolto offrendoci un ottimo caffè. Servizio lavanderia velocissimo ed efficiente. Colazione molto buona e varia, con possibilità di scegliere sia dal menù alla carta sia dal buffet. Posizione comoda per visitare Hanoi e muoversi facilmente a piedi. Consigliato per l’ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.
