The perfect stay - great location, fabulous staff and really comfortable beds
Pros:

There is only one way to describe our stay and that is perfect. From the moment we walked in the doors to the moment we left, the staff were fabulous. We received juice on arrival and then the staff took our bags up to our room for us. The aircon in the room was great (we like it cold), the duvet was thin but thicker than a sheet and the bed and pillows were WOW. Our best night sleep in 14 weeks in South East Asia, it felt cosy like our own homes, we loved it. The water pressure was good, house keeping came everyday and the room was very quiet. Staff were great with recommendations for opticians as I needed some glasses cleaner and even helped us donate an old pair of trainers that would have otherwise been thrown away. Laundry services were very quick and the washing smelt good. Breakfast choices were great, and the hot meal element was a lovely touch. Hotel is perfectly placed in the Old Quarter, we walked to the majority of the restaurants we went to. Circle K is also located next door.

Cons:

The only negative about this hotel is the WiFi was a bit touch and go. It didn’t bother us too much, but may not be the best hotel if you want a base to work from.

All’arrivo mi hanno fatto l’upgrade della camera ed ho soggiornato in una stanza con finestra. Mi hanno organizzato il trasfert dall’aeroporto e tenuto i bagagli al check out per un giorno. Buona la colazione a buffet a cui si può aggiungere una ordinazione alla carta. Personale super disponibile, hanno anche il banco per le escursioni. Letto molto comodo, stanza dotata di prodotti da bagno, phon, ciabatte e accappatoio

Ottimo hotel in centro al quartiere vecchio
Pros:

Stanza spaziosa, personale super cordiale e gentile. La colazione davvero ottima e che permette di scegliere tra piatti tipici e piatti occidentali.

Perfect position to explore Hanoi. Highly recommend.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Their communication was excellent easily organising transfers for us. Also I got a beautiful card and flower from them for international women's day. A beautiful and thoughtful gift. I would highly recommend.

Breakfast and Staff (especially at recepcion) are amazing!
Pros:

Great stay at this hotel! We’ve stayed here for a few nights and everything has been smooth and comfortable. A special shoutout to Linq at the front desk – she was incredibly helpful, proactive, and made us feel really well taken care of. Definitely recommend!

Au cœur d’Hanoï
Pros:

Très bien situé au cœur d’Hanoi. Personnel au petits soins qui nous a organisé des expéditions. Petit déjeuner correct. Bonne literie.

Cons:

Demandez une chambre à l’arrière, car la première nuit nous étions sur la route et c’était très bruyant. Ils nous ont trouvé une autre chambre pour la suite de notre séjour.

L'accueil. Nous sommes même partis plus tôt un matin et ils nous ont fait notre petit déjeuner à emporter. Personnel très gentil.
Le lit confortable nous avons bien dormi

Alors très honnêtement au vu des commentaires je m'étais imaginé à beaucoup mieux. Je trouve l'hôtel un peu défraîchie ( peinture non terminé par endroit, faillence fissuré par endroit) et peut être trop étroit ce qui peut donner une sensation un peu oppressante.. nos chambres avait des toutes petites fenêtres ce qui peut aussi majoré ce coté renfermée.
