Dinner & breakfast very nice.
Room was very nice and comfortable, dinner and breakfast was great and our dog even got a sausage at breakfast!
Staff were very friendly and welcoming.
Only downside was that the boiler for the spa had broken so some areas of the spa weren't operating fully but this was through no fault of the staff at all.
The bedroom was very nice and the hotel was very well located for the ferry with a good view and access to the road network.
The staff were poor in all areas, the waiting staff were really very poor including asking my wife if she’d every tired Chimichurri sauce and he really doesn’t recommend it for her, it’s not good with steak and better for fish….. The traditional Scottish breakfast was beyond dry nothing served to add any wet element to overcooked haggis, black pudding, dry bacon, over good egg etc and really not impressive. At all points the staff were just in experienced. The whole stay was disappointing due to the significant cost. When raising at reception she said pass to management they weren’t available and there probably is some where to leave a review. Unbelievable. The only thing going for this hotel is the bedrooms
Tv didn't work in room & dogs barking.
The facilities, particularly the hot tub. Also the views.
Restrictions on food service, particularly as the rest of the island was limited on café/food options due to Sunday/ off season opening hours.
Everything
Beautiful place with beautiful scenery. Staff very helpful.
Food abit over priced. Ordered pasta and was a little under cooked. Panacotta was a unusual consistency.
The location and the view are incredible and every staff person was so kind, welcoming and helpful!
Nice walk to the ocean from hotel
The service and food in the dining room was horrible. Nobody checked on us. If you asked for something on the menu they didn’t have it. We had to go get water from the bar ourselves. Over priced
Everything was set up for relaxation!
