enjoyed our stay, staff are friendly/helpful. overpriced and not up to 4 star rating.
Pros:

The quiet location. Good car parking. Good breakfast. Nice furnishings in public areas. Staff were pleasant & helpful. Lovely views from lounge and dining areas.

Cons:

Very poor vegetarian options. The room was functional rather than comfortable e.g. a nice armchair would have been nice. There was not an information/ welcome pack in our room i.e. times of meals, things to see and do locally, no menu. Our window would not open - this was mentioned twice (room 15) but was not fixed. There was no central light. in the room. There are no shelves or hanging space in the bathroom.

Pros:

Zimmer war sehr schön mit Meersicht. Musik und Licht bei der Ankunft im Zimmer, sehr angenehm.
Gutes Frühstück (serviert doch die SauceHollandaise seperat in einemTöpfchen, dann wärs perfekt.)

Cons:

Preis Leistung find wir nicht ganz gerechtfertigt.
Recht in die Jahre gekommen. Öffentlicher Bereich könnte einges repariert werden. evtl ein wenig gemütlicher mit Licht und Farbe? Spa Bereich, NaJa. ein Hallenbad und ein paar Massagen ist für uns noch kein Spabereich. Spabereich schliesst früh, wenn man tagsüber was von Mull sehen möchte.

Definitiv kein modernes 4*-Hotel - für Gruppenreisen potentiell geeignet

kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel - ansprechend duftendes Shampoo und Duschgel

Cons:

Unser Zimmer (Nr. 62) war sehr klein und für unsere Koffer war kaum Platz. Schränke und Sidebaords fehlen. Wir mussten über mehrere Treppen (hoch und runter) und durch viele Feuerschutztüren zum Zimmer gehen. Der Manager an der Rezeption (eigendlich das Aushängeschild des Hotels) hat einen schwer verständlichen (vermutlich schottischen) Akzent und ist ein Zumutung für internationale Gäste. Die (vermutlich asiatische) Restaurantmanagerin ist total überfordert. Einzelreisende mussten oft Frühstück und Abendessen in der Lobby einnehmen - das Restaurant war für Gruppen reserviert und als wir da waren meist leer. Die Preise sind vergleichsweise hoch (z.B. ein 8 oz. Filet Steak kostet mit Beilagen 50 GBP). Das Spa ist alt und insbes. der Swimmingpool ungepflegt. Das Dampfbad riecht modrig - die Sauna ist recht klein. Der Whirlpool ist außer Betrieb. Leider wird der Swimmingpool erst um 8 Uhr geöffnet. Das Sicherheitskonzept des Hotels ist mangelhaft. Unser Zimmer lag ebenerdig und es wäre hier leichte Beute für Einbrecher gewesen. Ein Zimmersafe fehlt - 4*-Hotel???

Had a one night stay which was lovely. Restaurant staff were friendly, bubbly and very attentive. Great stay thank you.

Pros:

Convenient location for early morning ferry. Comfortable room.

Cons:

Very long walk to room. Down 2 flights of stairs and along a very long corridor.
Food order incorrect, ate starters different times. No real apology. Power cut whilst trying to get organised for bed and pack for next day. Off for about 20 minutes. Very concerning at the time. Lots of noise from other residents above us.

Pros:

Location and comfort Staff friendly and working hard. Great use of Scottish branded biscuits, tea etc and toiletries ( but bad choice of soap variety !)

Cons:

Seaweed Hebridean soap in room and sane st swimming pool - yuk! No kettle in room on arrival. Terrible pot of coffee on first morning at breakfast, unless asking for single cup made specially ( as was done second morning on request )

Pros:

Lovely views from public areas, comfy beds in rooms, great modern bathroom, good location, nice evening atmosphere.

Cons:

Awkward access to rooms, not always easy to get a seat in the bar area. Not much space to unpack and store clothes.

Tranquil and well serviced hotel with strong island feel.
Pros:

Excellent location in large and well-kept grounds (very close to Craignure ferry, but with a feel of seclusion and Mull countryside). Staff very friendly and accommodating. Good value to have the thermal experiences and pool included in the rates for deluxe and suite rooms. Bar staff were particularly kind and attentive. Excellent breakfast (both buffet and included menu options). Very dog friendly hotel - which is so nice to see. Very kind of the staff to allow use of hotel facilities and spa after check-out (whilst waiting for a later ferry). Thank you a wonderful stay.

Nothing comes to mind. Everything was great.
