Nice walk to the ocean from hotel

Cons:

The service and food in the dining room was horrible. Nobody checked on us. If you asked for something on the menu they didn’t have it. We had to go get water from the bar ourselves. Over priced

Such a beautiful place to end my stay on Mull. The food was delicious!
Pros:

The location and the view are incredible and every staff person was so kind, welcoming and helpful!

Overall very enjoyable.
Pros:

Beautiful place with beautiful scenery. Staff very helpful.

Cons:

Food abit over priced. Ordered pasta and was a little under cooked. Panacotta was a unusual consistency.

Pros:

Joli et propre. Bien situé sur l’île. Les employés étaient très accueillants et le petit déjeuner de qualité.

Cons:

Réservé parce que c’était le dernier logement disponible sur l’île, nous l’avons trouvé cher pour une chambre somme toute assez petite (et un lit double consistant en deux lits simples réunis sous un drap house). Le reste des prestations (restauration / bar / spa) étaient inabordables.

Lovely hotel.perhapspaid a little too much
Pros:

Loved the decor, smells amazing also!

Cons:

We stayed 2 nights but for some reason not everything was refreshed in the room- ie drinks, snacks, tea, milk sugar.
Also coffee pot and tea pot were not washed out
We like to reuse towels but I did pop the bath mat in the bath to replaced. It was just hung up. Not really what I’d expect for a 4* hotel. Shame
Breakfast slightly disappointing. Eggs Benedict ham was anemic and looked v processed
The lady running the breakfast service was phenomenal and adorable!

Pleasant hotel experience marred by poor management
Pros:

Nearly every staff member we interacted with were very friendly, polite, and attentive.

Cons:

This hotel made several poor management choices. First, there is no bartender on staff. You do not learn this until you attempt to order a cocktail… from the provided menu. This remained the case for our entire stay. Next, the dining room is severely understaffed. One morning at breakfast we literally had to leave after an hour of waiting for coffee and for someone to take our order for the kitchen. Lastly, you do not learn until you arrive that the hot tub requires a scheduled appointment (why?). I scheduled an appointment, and learned only when I arrived for the appointment that the hot tub was closed for nearly 24 hours for maintenance. I did not get to enjoy the hot tub during our three day stay. Again, just to reiterate- the staff was mostly great. This hotel has plenty of potential, but needs management help.
