Excellent location! A busy and vibrant alleyway with everything you need on your doorstep. Great view from the balcony. Staff were very helpful and super friendly. We had an issue with the WiFi and it was fixed straight away with their sincere apologies. Highly recommend a stay here.
As should be expected in central Saigon the noise in the alleyway and from the main road is constant, and would definitely distract a light sleeper.
The location was great and the room was comfortable.
However, the ground-floor room was very noisy. There was constant light from the hallway shining into the room that could not be blocked out, and loud sounds from both the corridor and the street at night.

The apartment was very well equipped and clean, the receptionist did not speak English but was super friendly and tried his absolute best to communicate :)
I had no window (which I expected) but it did feel a bit claustrophobic in the beginning. If you don't care about that, it does not matter to you. The location was a bit of walk from mtje center but I enjoy walking so that was completely fine!

Bit noisy. There is a temple 50.mtrs doen the road, so depending on what/when they are
celebrating can depend on noise level in the morning.
Staff were friendly but no English
the comfortable bed, the cleanliness and the television. They were also close to Tartine for breakfast.
I was in a room with light and noise from reception, ended up wearing an eye sleep mask and ear plugs. They need to install a curtain over the window in the kitchen.
The property is clean, well located, the rooms are the back are super quiet.
The fact that the lights stay on all night, hence the room are too bright to sleep properly.
The hotel is conveniently located within District 1 and is within walking distance to many attractions (Book Street, Post Office, etc). There is also no shortage of food/beverage nearby.
The staff is very welcoming and helpful, though it should be noted that I was traveling with my mom who speaks Vietnamese - not sure how smooth communication will be if you only speak English.
The room itself is modern, clean, and well equipped, and I found it to be comparable to western hotel standards. The photos on the listing are pretty accurate. There are definitely cheaper hotels out there, but I think this was a great value hotel that was still relatively affordable.
Had a cockroach problem for the majority of our stay - not sure if this was exacerbated by the rainy weather and our room being on the first floor behind the lobby, which was open to the street. We would return in the evenings without fail to several cockroaches, but the hotel staff was seemingly able to remedy the problem after we notified them. This was really the only problem we had with the room.
Didn't bother us, but just FYI - the shower and toilet are both set in this lowered area of the bathroom, so keep in mind that you cannot use the toilet and shower at the same time/you must close the toilet lid while showering/you may be using the toilet with a puddly, wet floor after a shower.
The location is perfect! We walked almost everywhere. The hotel seems to be brand new
The soundproofing on the windows wasn't great. I used earplugs at night, my husband slept well without them. We only cooked once because we didn't like the way the extractor hood above the stove worked.
Small boutique hotel. Nice room. Clean. Located in a small alleyway convenient to multiple small local restaurants. Staff courteous and helpful but only speak Vietnamese.
