Hotel reception staff specially girl staff were horrible and they unnecessary looking to charge us for extra money but finally the were successful to charge us extra money for breakfast even though i shown them booking with breakfast but they were not accepting and said breakfast was not shown. How they can reluctant even they were interested ti see booking detail on booking.com

An amazing gem
Pros:

What a fabulous hotel to stay in I was only going to stay one night but had an extra night as l loves the hotel so much. The staff were awesome:-) food excellent with attentive service. The room was immaculate but the modern style was out of character to the palace exterior. That is not a criticism just an opbservation.

Cons:

There was building work going on but that did not affect my stay. The location out of town is only practical if one has own transprt.
