Not worth for the price I paid
Pros:

Location is near the town center

Cons:

Noisy AC and only cold shower as there was no water heater in the bathroom. During the Ati-Atihan festival, the room rate was ridiculously expensive but the room facilities were not worth it for the price.

Almost ok but until the bathroom water ruined it all
Pros:

The place is great, near resto, fastfood, pharmacy, grocery etc.

Cons:

The water smells really bad and it is dirty. Smells like rusty muddy water.

NO TOILETRIES AND NO FRONTDESK ATTENDUNG CUSTOMERS
Pros:

Ine tricycle away from the airport.

Cons:

The service was terrible! There were no toiletries while the booking said free toiletries were included. It was just an empty bedspace with a towel and blanket. Not even tissues or a bar of soap. Also there was no one at the frontdesk so we were not able get any toiletries. I even messages through booking.com and tried calling but no respo se from Red Planet.

Good for a quick and budget-friendly stay near the airport.
Pros:

I liked that it’s super close to the airport, which made it really convenient for a short stay.

Cons:

The comfort room wasn’t the best, but I guess that’s expected for the cheap price I paid.

Pros:

It was comfortable. Simple yet functional.

Cons:

Towels were not ready. Actual was different from photos here. It doesn't have a water heater. But the water in the bidet is warmer than the shower. Remote control was not available. Need to manually operate the TV.

One of the worst places I've stayed in
Pros:

the location is near places

Cons:

The bed sheets smelled so bad. I had to have mine changed because it has lizard pee and poop on it. But the pillowcases still smelled so bad. The towels also looked old and dirty. Parking space is too small. The bathroom smells bad and there was no tissue available.
