petit déjeuner très décevant et tres en deça du standard, pain sans grille pain comme du caouatchouc a macher, il faut réclamer le qqun derrière pour avoir des omelettes, pas d'oeuf dur cuit..pas de confiture, lentille cuite on dirait uniquement à l'eau, pommes mini comme ceux qu'on donne au bétail, sans gout et à la peau dur.. meloui etc bien froid, épais..la cata
un petit déj à un ibis budget est meilleur. sincèrement selon le petit déj faut déclasser ...comment ça se fait que c'est un 4 étoiles ? j'étais sur un lit entrain de voir une vidéo, un pied de lit a cédé...porte toilette se ferme difficilement, le robinet tient a peine à sa place...la liste est impressionnante..

La struttura dovrebbe essere declassata, le 4 stelle attribuite,sono un'offesa al comparto hoteliero.

Cons:

Buffet sempre uguale e povero, la prima sera non avevamo né il posto a sedere,ne le posate.
Personale annoiato,poco attento e sempre al cellulare.
Stanza con letto matrimoniale rotto, finestra che restava aperta, asciugamani logori e sfilacciati.

Entrar y ser atendido por la conserjería Amal, a partir de ese momento todo estaba organizado 🚀 , el chófer, el masaje, toallas extra, retrasar el check out para un vuelo de noche, todo fantástico

Pool and view great! No entertainment apart from a dJ. No alcohol served at this hotel.

The view, the bar staff of The pool area was great. Rooms big and comfortable.

A rafraîchir pour être parfait
Pros:

Les photos correspondent à la réalité, ce qui est toujours appréciable. Le rooftop avec la piscine est vraiment un gros point fort : la vue est magnifique et l’endroit est très agréable pour se détendre. Le personnel au rooftop est particulièrement aimable, accueillant et serviable.

Cons:

L’hôtel est propre, mais il est assez vieillissant et certaines installations commencent à se dégrader. Un vrai rafraîchissement serait nécessaire pour être à la hauteur de ses ambitions.
Dans la chambre, certains éléments que l’on attend habituellement dans un hôtel 4 étoiles manquent : par exemple pas de petit miroir, pas de bouilloire avec thé ou café, ni de petites attentions d’accueil. Ce sont des détails, mais ils font normalement partie du standing attendu.
Enfin, il faut rester réaliste sur le classement : c’est certainement un 4 étoiles selon les standards marocains, mais en comparaison avec la France, on serait plutôt sur un bon petit 3 étoiles. Cela reste toutefois une bonne adresse,, notamment pour profiter du rooftop et de la vue.
