Dobra lokalizacja przy miejskiej plaży i blisko targu nocnego, duży basen, miła obsługa, dobre śniadania

W pokoju było ogólnie czysto, ale ściany były pobrudzone, okna bardzo brudne, niektóre rzeczy zardzewiałe, barek w pokoju nie był uzupełniony, w hotelu zamiast widoku z basenu na plażę i palmy (jak na zdjęciu) byla wielka zielona siatka

Pros:

This is the second time staying at this hotel. Last time everything was great - the beach, the pool, the facilities. Breakfast is good! Staff are lovely! Maybe when they finish renovation it will be back to normal.

Cons:

This time the pool was under renovation. Cleaning of our room was not great - found an eyelash on the mirror. We were supposed to have a freshly renovated suit but our sofa had a massive stain and lots of small things were already dirty.

I showed up to be impressed with lobby, upstairs pools not open, broke. Room was atrocious. Left

Nothing I left. This place looked beautiful in the lobby and on photos. Not all the rooms are renovated!!!!! I was put in a stinky, filthy room with black water coming out of the faucet. I actually cried.

Senior lady travelling with grandchild. I left. Ended up not getting to another place till after 9 pm, lost a day of my holiday. I couldn't believe in any country a hotel would have that kind of standard. I was out the extra 40$ can to get a cab to another available hotel (The Edge) which was less expensive but awesome although not on the beach. I never really got to see Pattaya beach besides from a roof top pool. Vacation went nothing like I planned. Made the best of it. The unrenovated rooms should be condemned, not rented. Booking.com did refund me. It was a disastrous experience.
