I liked the location
I didn't like the fact I kept being locked out of my room.i had too many trips down to have it rectified. Also the breakfast!!

There was construction happening; therefore, it was noisy. There were never enough washcloths, and we had to continuously ask for them every day. At times, it got to be late in the afternoon. My family was disheartened about the poor service. It was about close to 50 relatives staying at the hotel, and they all left very disappointed with the service. My niece was upset that she had to share her towel with her daughter because her request for towels never made it to the room on time. A lot of us left the hotel coughing and sneezing, apparently because dust from the construction was filling the rooms. I personally went to the front desk with my concerns, and I was told that someone would call me, but to date, no one has. I can assure Booking.com and the Waymore Hotel that our family and friends will not stay at this hotel again. What is more, they attempted to charge us more when we checked in, indicating that we had only reserved for one person per room. This, I believe, was more of a Booking.com false advertisement. I noticed it while booking, but it kept indicating one person even after I selected two people. I have been very busy since I returned from Panama, but I can assure you that I will be taking this matter to social media to prevent others from facing what my family and I did.

Problème dû au tremblement de terre du 09/10 personnel moins sympa et ambiance les jours suivants nulle...les chambres ne pas trop insonorisés, c'est plus la faute aux personnes non civilisées !

La entrega de la habitacion fue un desastre me dieron una llave no programada y luego cuando ingrese me habian dado una habitacion que no estaba limpia despues de un largo tiempo y varias visitas a la recepcion me dieron un upgrade y de alli en adelante todo fue bien!

Es una pavada pero estabamos en el penúltimo piso y los vidrios estaban empañados por lo que no se podía apreciar la vista
