It was quiet and clean. It was close to the subway. However, the furniture was cheap quality and the beds were too low and were uncomfortable. We also kept stubbing our toes on the bed frames. The fridge was tiny and the kitchen was small. The decor was like a college dorm. There is no receptionist; check in, check out, and help with room problems are all done electronically. The neighborhood streets had scattered trash, which is unusual for Japan. Near by restaurants were lesser quality.
This was our third hotel with a kitchen that we stayed in on our 2-week trip to Japan, and this one suffered by comparison to the other two (that were in the same price range).

非常方便的一家酒店， 寬敞舒適， 設備齊全， 鄰近有超市 便利店， 而且距離通天閣非常近。 唯一的是 metro出口扶手電梯，只有上 ，沒有落， 沒有電梯直達月台！

在通天閣旁，住宿附近有大超市和超商，距離惠惠須站步行很近，飯店提供優質的住宿環境，值得再入住

I was impressed, this place exceeds my expectations on every aspects. I would definitely recommend my friends when they travel to Osaka. Nice location, in a quieter neighbourhood but close to subway and convenience stores.
Loved the location. A short walk to the train station, Tokyo Tower and evening activities.
The hotel itself was nice and clean. Easy check in and out, a lot of travel supplies, very soft bed and pillows, nice towels and linen.
There was only a washing machine (no dryer), however, the bathroom has its own laundry drying system which dries the clothes faster than the regular dryer.
Overall, we love the hotel and its location.

Good for living!
Very clean, just two minutes walk to the train station of Ebisucho for Sakaijuki Line. There are two convenience stores and a lot the restaurants near by. Absolutely will stay again next time.
