Comfortable in great location
Pros:

Location to multiple stations very comfortable walk
Very quite area but walkable to many popular spots

Cons:

Not the properties fault, but another hotel with similar name. So be sure to check you are at the correct hotel

Fantastic and easy to access apartment
Pros:

Excellent apartment with all amenities including washing machine and kettle. Enjoyed the easy self check in. Used Apartment Hotel 11 last year and was excellent so we came back!

Wonderful & awesome stays
Pros:

The apartment was spacious, clean & comfortable. Everything looks like as the pictures.
Around 10 to 15 minutes walk to Namba Station & Dotonbori 😊. Lots of restaurants and Kuromon Market nearby. 2 family marts in front of the apartment.
Will stay here again for my next trip to Osaka.👍👍

Spacious for average Japan units, overall the location was great for us because it was far from the crowds, but 10-15min walk to the center and a lot of convenience stores nearby. Self check in

Pros:

Access to the property was good and it's all self-service. We receive the indictions on time and were able to manage our entrance smoothly. Room was good, comfy and had a balcony.

Cons:

Location was a little bit further than downtown, so we had to walk a little more to get to the closest train station. Also, room was not cleaned at least once during our stay so that made it a little problematic, but we tried to keep it tidy on our own.
