Nice place to stay and staff replied to messages.
Pros:

Clean, spacious and good amenities. Very convenient for kuromon market.

Cons:

The pillow was really hard.

Pros:

It was conveniently located near Namba station, the room was cosy and included a washing machine and dryer room/shower which was a life saver considering all the rain we had.

Cons:

The hairdryer didn't work and it wasn't immediately obvious who to contact to get a different one so we didn't try.

Muy buena ubicación y relación calidad/precio.
Pros:

Su ubicación y la posibilidad de reservar una habitación con muy poca antelación siendo todos los trámites muy rápidos y sencillos.

Check- In selbst durchführen, Gepäck unbeaufsichtigt im Hotel gelassen (man kommt zwar nur mit einer PIN rein, trotzdem war es nicht gesichert), kein Personal persönlich anwesend gewesen. Zimmer sind sehr eng, genau so wie das Bad. Die Teppiche und Wände waren voller riesiger Flecken.

Fantástico para ir de vacaciones. Espacioso para los estándares japoneses.
Pros:

La habitación en general era espaciosa y cómoda. Las instalaciones correctas. La cocina pequeña pero funcional. Lo mismo que la lavadora. El aseo baño y ducha muy bien todos.

Cons:

Eché de menos una mesa o escritorio donde poder trabajar con un portátil cómodamente. Por lo demás todo excelente. Un poco de confusión con otros apartamentos de Kuromon ubicados en las cercanías a nuestra llegada, pero se resolvió fácilmente. ¡Revisad a qué número de edificio pertenece vuestra reserva!
