It’s good value for money, clean with 2 double beds and in room washing machine, close to Kuromon Market, Mamba and Nipp
Pros:

Modern and clean apartment with 2 double beds, in room washing machine and drying facility. It’s good to have a separate bathroom and toilet too. Small kitchen with sizeable fridge is great.

Cons:

It’s a little bit hard to find/confusing (with few similar Apartments Hotel Kuromon 11 ie. 5, 2 etc) especially when we’re arrived at night.
I wish we have vacuum cleaner in the room, as this apartment is not cleaned during our stay. Extra towels will be needed as we stayed for 5 nights.

Budget friendly and good location
Pros:

It was good value and an easy 15 min walk to the Dotonbori and Orange Street areas.
The room was basic but comfortable with aircon, comfortable beds , kitchenette and a seperate toilet. There was also a balcony and a great view of the city if you’re on the top levels.

Cons:

It’s completely self check in so a bit clinical not being able to interact with any staff directly if needed. They were still helpful though when we wanted to check in a bit earlier and book an extra night. I’m guessing the self check in model keeps room costs lower, so you get what you pay for.

만족스러운 숙소였습니다. 좋았어요. 다음에 또 올 의향이 있습니다.
Pros:

깨끗하고 신식 시설인 것 같아서 좋았어요. 여행 5일 내내 묵었는데 친절하고 무인인거 치고 설명도 꼼꼼히 잘 해주는듯. 도톤보리 근처 다니기에도 좋고 아늑하니 좋았네요. 수건은 알아서 가져가면 되고 겨울에는 가습기 가져가는게 좋을 것 같아요. 전선 꼽을곳 많음. 엘리베이터 6명까지 꽉끼어 들어가요. 생각보다넓음. 다음에 또 올 의향 있습니다.

Cons:

겨울엔 좀 건조해요. 1층까지 내려가서 매일 수건 가져와야하는게 그나마 단점. 민족스러워서 딱히 큰 문제점은 없었습니다.

Very comfortable apartment

Cons:

There are 2 properties with the same address 100m apart - managed to mix up which one we were staying in so spent 30 mins trying to gain entry before realising our mistake- not good after a 17 hour flight ☹️☹️

Adequate but comfortable
Pros:

The beds were extremely comfortable and spacious. The amenities provided were adequate. The laundry machine and drying room were incredibly useful.

Cons:

Our carpet was incredibly DIRTY. Stains absolutely everywhere making us question the room’s cleanliness. Also, the patio door to our room was wide open when we arrived and checked into the room, making us question the safety of the overall building.

Pros:

Die Lage ist in guter nähe zur Namba Station. Es gibt aber keine öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ohne 10 - 15 Minuten Fussweg.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hat gemüffelt.
Der Teppich war dreckig.
Die Klimaanlage war sehr laut, direkt über dem Bett und hat geblubbert. Auch im Badezimmer lag ein muffiger Geruch.
