Gross, moldy, dirty and smelly bathroom
underneath the beds and sofas is so dusty, I just had one stroke or sweep to retrieve my son’s toy that fell under the bed and look how dirty the broomstick got
smelly hand towel/kitchen rag and the sponge was greasy and has sticky chemical maybe used to wipe insecticide found under the sink
small cockroach found in the cupboard
no toilet cleaner so I had to buy from the store as I couldn’t stand the smell and couldn’t sit on the toilet seat as it hasn’t been sanitized or cleansed properly, they just use water to wash it
no garbage bags so I had to buy it too
can only accommodate 4 persons comfortably, I booked for 7 adults and 2 kids, but we had to get another unit (had we known we should have booked in a hotel since we paid twice the fee and were charged as much as the price of a decent hotel minus the great service, clean amenities, free breakfast, etc you get from the hotel accommodations
they charge fee for the small kids, even if they don’t have extra bed/cot for kids (when they can just offer it for free just like other place
The set up in living room is good and the swimming pool is nice
The AC is blowing ice and we end up sleeping without AC with child sleeping.
The toilet has molds.
The care taker needs to check everything first before opening to renters.

Well secured and close to the city.
Don’t be deceived by the pictures, the place is dusty ,dirty & smelly specially the bathroom Odor coming from the sink & all the pots in the kitchens are burnt needs to be change seems like they never clean it properly,under the bed is full of Dust when we came in , all the sheets & linens are specifically the towels are old & some are ripped this is not what I pay for? The owner specifically doesn’t reply as we needed but when it comes to money collection she is quick but not reliable.
The host was responsive and friendly. The property was clean and sleek, with a cute BTS theme. It had a large smart TV with Netflix and complete crockery. We had no issues preparing our meals as all the necessary cutlery was provided. The location was great, close to almost everything. We enjoyed our stay.
What we liked least was the sofa bed, it couldn’t be fully expanded due to the limited space between the bed and the wall. No large garbage bag provided but we managed to dispose of some of our trash in the outside bins, but couldn’t throw the rest as we were short on time and the transport service had already arrived, so we had to rush.

The BTS themed unit which my children loved.
It took us time to open the.door lock which we are afraid would be damaged for the many attempts we made just to get in. Walking also takes time to get to the main road. You need to get a grab to conveniently go to the mall.
I love the place becaise of the BTS theme. As an army its really feeling like i belong in the house.
Its cozy.
My problem is the guard incharge. They didnt even help us take the luggages to the taxi.
I really like how the owner gave us a warm welcome via email. They are so kind and accommodating including the assigned person to assist us. The place is so nice, cozy, clean and comfortable. I will really recommend it. Thank you Tannies Nook.
