View is very nice from the balcony. The people who work here are helpful and cook good food. The one star I have given is just because of these two points, else I would have liked to give 0 or minus rating.
Negatives -
The rooms are not very clean, so is the bathroom. The hotel looks like a hospital or hostel converted into a hotel. The approach to this property is 500 mtrs of jungle road, so once you reach here and your taxi is gone, you are stuck here - which happened to us.
There are young village boys who man this hotel, they are nice hearted people, however lack training and awareness. We requested to clean the toilet, no one turned up. The management of this hotel is least bothered about the guests - there is not one senior person from the management present here. I couldn't even get a printed invoice of my stay - they sent it later on whatsapp - after reminders.
This place is a nightmare - unclean, unkept hotel, that should not not be even 1 star - as per booking.com they are 3 star.. and they charge also disproportionately.
Their reviews on google and booking.com are good - I think there is something fishy about those reviews. I have attached a few photos that I have taken - make your call after looking at them.
We were here for 2 nights, as we had already paid and Dhanolti has very few options. We saw 2 families returned after seeing the room and had fight with the management on phone for their money.
Food was good
Bath towels, glass received once asked for them.
In middle of taking bath water stopped, no one was around, it took lot of time to find help.

The way to hotel from main road is terrific. The commission charged by booking.com is very high . The other travel app are very less price shown compare with booking.com. I am very much disappoint with booking.com in this matter . I rethink my travel booking in future

The hotel is located off the road. There is around a 400m stretch on a kachha road.
Great location and very good rooms with in-room heater facility. Staff are very good and attentive. Complimentary breakfast was also quite good and had 3 to 4 options. Overall very happy with the stay..
only thing is that restrooms look out of service and care in a long time. Needs some improvement in cleanliness of the restrooms. Otherwise, a great value for money property.

The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The manager is awesome and a great host. The staff who helped me to my room (forgot this name) was a great host and always trying to make our stay a pleasant one.
The room was clean and is of good size with an awesome view of the mountains. It's a great place to stay. It's good value for money.
The only downside is the road to the hotel is very gravel and bumpy. Also there are no stores nearby so buy stuff before you get to the hotel.
Also not much choice at breakfast..but for the price I think it's acceptable.
staff was courteous. Food was good. Facility is appropriate for senior citizens. It's slightly off road so very peaceful . plenty of opportunity for walk around the property. View from rooms is also good

The location on Google is not correct.The property is located a little away from the road. To reach the property from the main road, one has to cross a 500 m hilly path.
